DADOW POWER EQUIPMENT INC

I was able to talk to a service technician who helped me understand if I need a repair or replacement. Often the parts guys either don't know, or simply want to sell you a part....because that's what they do. The parts guys at the dealership were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. One thing I appreciate about this dealership is that they don't talk down to you or try to talk you into something you don't need. I'm a John Deere guy, so I know about Deere equipment and I was happy that they didn't try to give me a line of BS.

I live about 30 minutes away from Dadow's and I had searched locally for a repairer to diagnose and repair my tractor. None of the local repairers would diagnose it they merely said I needed a $1400 transaxle. I called Dadow's Service Dept. and they said they would be happy to check it out. Upon arrival they promptly unloaded the tractor for me. They then started checking it and didn't find anything immediately so I left it with them. Two days later they contacted me and advised that they had determined that one of the hubs had spun a fixed key and the hub would need to be replaced. I authorized them to replace both hubs for my own piece of mind. The next day they called me and advised my tractor was fixed and the total cost was only $234.00. This is hands down great service. I would recommend them for any power equipment repairs you need! Thanks to Todd and his tech for getting me back up and running!

Great service to average home owner. The $200 annual maintenance package included pickup and delivery of the riding lawn mower. The engine repair $400 replaced the 8 year old carb and should provide for several more years of service.
