 + -1 moreThe salesman, Clyde went over all options for me on choices to purchase. I could have rented this service as well but chose to purchase my own. After looking over hand-outs that were available, I chose my non-electric operating system. Because I use well water and have a rust problem, Clyde recommended a solution that has worked and filled my salt cube container as well as offered to come back anytime if I have questions. When I need to add more salt, he or a technician will carry those heavy bags and fill the container for me. The price paid included one year of salt (which I haven't yet needed!) I'm very happy with my purchase and with Clyde's professional and friendly customer service. The office staff is also courteous.
Description of Work: A water test was performed prior to installation of my Kinetico 2060 and another water test after. An older water system and salt container had to be removed from a different part of my laundry room. It was taken away by Besco so that I didn't have to dispose of it myself. New piping had to be completed as well as placement of the new system and filter unit.
