We took our time and BC Tile was patient. They walked us through lots of options and gave good advice. Their installer was very prompt and kept us informed along the way. We pointed out some small issues and they promptly addressed them to our complete satisfaction. We're very happy with the end result.

I found very nice modern floor tile as well as beautiful glass tile for a kitchen backsplash. They are my go-to-place for tile and carpet and they also have wood and other options. They are professional, knowledgable, helpful, and responsive!

In the process of cleaning and sealing grout in our tiled shower / tub, I discovered a leak behind the tile had caused drywall to crumble. I popped off 2 rows of bottom tiles from the faucet wall and cut away soggy drywall and stopped in to BC Tile with a photo of the damage and a desperate plea for a quote and estimate of when work could be done. Alissa got me a ballpark estimate and scheduled the service quickly (3 days later, giving us time to repair the leaky faucet). As I expected from these professionals, the work was completed seamlessly. No evidence of past damage remains. Cement backer board was installed, 14 tiles cleaned and replaced (no similar tile is available) and grouted. Small grout gaps in the rest of the tile shower were filled. The next day, after grout had dried, caulking was applied professionally and smoothly. All was completed for the price quoted. What a relief to have professionals tackle this repair and leave us with a fresh repair no one else will notice! I purchased ($38) grout colorant from BC Tile too, and after applying that myself with a paintbrush, the shower grout is white and sealed and hopefully won't need any attention for years.

They were very professional and very capable. They did an excellent job. Later, I changed my mind and got them to do the closet floor. They had no problems doing the work. They did a really good job. The quality of their materials was great. There was a huge choice in their store; they had a very wide range to choose from. I was really pleased with them. It did not take them very long to finish the work, either. Their price was very reasonable.
