Description of Work: They have done landscaping work on other properties for me and currently do fertilizing and weed control, snow plowing, irrigation needs & various things.

Description of Work: We had our back yard dug and wanted new grass......the grass grew in the form of weeds, after calling a couple of times they came out and we were told that they used shade grass in the sunny part of the yard..OK, they re-seeded and we also reseeded on our own. When we called to tell them about it, I was greeted on the phone by I assume the manager/owner. I told him about the trouble and he proceeded to doubt my story. I felt I was being called a liar..I told him we had talked to someone else and because I didn't get a name he doubted me.....After a short time he personally came out and took a look and realized there was a problem. It is fixed now, but I didn't think I should have had to endure the chaos. Probably would not call them again.

If you have concerns and issues, they came and talked us about them. They're doing the work with you and they take care of any concern that you have. They want to do the job and make it right. They are the best they should. I am very pleased with them. The quality of work is excellent. They show up. We're flexible.
Description of Work: We have been using Battle Creek Landscape Service. The first time is they've done cleanup in the yard. They have done the mowing.

+ -1 moreThey did pretty good work. As a matter of fact, we're going to have them out again to replace some mulch. The quality of their work is good. They did a nice job with it. Their work was good and we are going to have them out again.
Description of Work: We had a problematic hill from our backyard down to ground level. So they planted some different kinds of plants as a backdrop and then put flowers in the front.
