Description of Work: Lost and damaged items during interstate move from MI to NY. Promised timeline was not met and no communication. Was told truck would arrive on a Monday, truck did not arrive until 5pm Wednesday and movers were still at my home at midnight. | |Horrible service when contacting admin staff. Lost items were not delivered until December. Move was in August. Do not hire these people.

+ -1 moreThe move went really well. Band J's Customer Service rep was very helpful and responsive. I was impressed with the crew (had the same guys for loading and unloading). The night before our delivery the drive/crew lead called me on the phone to discuss the next day's delivery. His call was very welcome and unexpected. I'd use Band J again.
