They are always great, on time, always do a good job. Do what they need to do and be gone. Perfect, they did a good job. If there are any problems, they always update.

Did not show up on days they said they would. Didn't complete the job until we called to remaind them. Delayed the project at a cost to us. The work was done well, just not great at communication or timeframes.

The owner was very rude and unpleasant.

Chip called before he came out and said when he would arrive. Was right on time and very professional. Completed the job and cleaned up the area when done. He then explained how to use the valve, and proper way to winterize the outside faucet. When asked if he could help with another problem, Chip moved my washer back in place and hooked it up for me. Would call Crooks again in a heart beat if I need work done. I would also recommend them to my family and friends.

They were on time and did all the work they were supposed to and did it professionally. They left a neat workplace when finished.

Went well but took longer than I thought. Plumber had to come back a second time to complete job

He did a good job. Sewage was starting to seep out & he was able to replace everything & fix the problem.

We had a water heater installed by this outfit. In two years, it failed. It was warrantied for five years. After literally weeks of excuses and obfuscation, e.g. "It must be the city water pressure," and "It's not really bad, you're just using too much water (two-person household) etc., etc., they finally conceded that the unit was bad. Angrily. =Then= they proceeded to put in a short, squat replacement unit in a different location that blocked access to the storage area where it was installed. By this time we'd had it with them and were so ready to get this done. After weeks with no hot water we just signed to get rid of them.

I am still waiting to hear back from them to schedule the service. I had to give them a 50% deposit. I think the estimate was quite fair for all the work they quoted. I would recommend them.

They do good quality work and stand behind it. They are a little pricey though, about 30%-40% higher than another provider I've used in the past. They are knowledgeable, reliable people. I have had them come out to do some adjustments and there's no problems with that.

I call Crooks whenever I need plumbing done. He gives me excellent service and I will continue to use Crooks Plumbing.

We use them a lot, because they know how to work on older houses. They have a high price, but it may be because of their experience and quality of work.
