I was told i did not need to be home. After putting down the first layer they had to come back because it was raining. I was not home when they cam back and where the driveway entered the garage there way a large gap. I called and told them and it took them several weeks to contact me. They contacted me and wanted to come out the same day. It was good that I was home because the garage door needed to be open for the repairs. Job did not go well.

Better than expected. It's a very long driveway and had numerous cracks and some moss growth. This was the only company that suggested power washing to get it completely clear of moss before sealing and that would guarantee their work. They showed up on time, did very good work. There were a couple of minor cracks that they missed and they came right back to do them, no arguments. Very pleasant doing business with them.

I contacted 3 companies in the Battle Creek area to have my driveway cleaned and resurfaced. AIM provided their quote within 4 business days and was by far the most responsive of the three. I accepted the quote and AIM was able to accomodate my request to have my driveway done in the coming week, while I was away on business. Upon my return, the driveway was completed. I was very impressed with the great work AIM did in edging and cleaning the drive prior to resurfacing. I have a number of cracks in the drive from wear over time, and AIM did a great job of sealing these cracks and then concealing with the resurface. The driveway looks great and I am extremelly pleased with the results.
