I was not there but when I came the next morning all of the work was done. The provider called when he said he would and the cleaning turned out great.

Sean came to clean the carpet. I was so impressed by his working ethics. He is quiet and polite and like other people said, meticulous and responsible about his work!! He worked so hard and the carpet looked so nice afterwards. Even better, the total cost was so reasonable that it surprised me! Another very important point I want to mention is his integrity and honesty. I orginally hired him for both air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. But after checking the ducts, he said they were still in good shape. So I did not waste money on duct cleaning! This made me respect him more. I have recommended him to my friend who might need air duct cleaning. I am pretty postive he does an outstanding job on air duct cleaning as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody who needs carpet cleaning or air duct cleaning. I would definitely use him again in the future.

He came in, surveyed the area, asked multiple questions pertaining to the problem. He then pre-treated the carpet and raked the product in thoroughly. Then he allowed it to sit for 10 minutes before doing the actual cleaning. You would have thought that he was cleaning a room twice as big as it was based upon the time he then took to clean. When he was done the carpet felt damp, not wet. The pile had all been carefully raked in the same direction. He asked if I had a fan and recommended we use it to complete the process before using the room again. Three weeks before Shawn cleaned this carpet, it had been cleaned by another professional service. They spent 1/4 of the time and when they left, the odor was still there and the pile had not been raked. There was no question that Shawn had done a fantastic job, I would never call anyone else to clean my carpet.

Shawn was amazing. He spent the entire day (10 hours) pre-treating, cleaning and re-cleaning this 25 yr old carpet. When he left it was 3 shades lighter than it was when he arrived. Other cleaners had been used in the past and this carpet hadn't looked this good in 20 yrs. I know this because I previously owned this house and originally purchased this carpet. My daughter will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning and plans to hire Shawn to clean her air ducts.

Shawn is the best carpet cleaner I have had. He is very responsible. Unlike other cleaners I had, Shawn went through some areas multiple times. He actually worked on Christmas eve and he started at about 1pm and was still there after 6pm because some areas were not to his standard. He is incredibly detailed.

Accent cleaners were meticulous in cleaning our carpets. Carpets basically looked new afterward. They were even successful in removing nasty old pets stains. The Accent crew was dedicated, polite, and very fairly priced. Would definitely use them again.
