Fantastic option for bi-monthly cleaning, was always wonderful coming home to a nice clean home after they had been there and performed their services.

We had to call the company and ask where they were or if they'd had difficulty finding the house. They told us they would be there approximately 45 minutes later, which ended up being a bit longer than an hour. When I called the Cleaning Authority the next day to ask about this, I spoke with Ken, the other owner. He was very curt and abrupt on the phone. After I told him that being that late for an appointment without a phone call was not only unprofessional but unacceptable he only thanked me for my "input". He never apologized for his crew being late and brushed me off like he didn't care whether he had my business or not. I asked him to have his wife, Julie, call me. I went to inspect the job that the cleaning crew did and discovered that not only did they not clean a few things but didn't clean the things that I had specifically asked Julie to have them clean. I had to re-mop the kitchen floor, bathroom floor and dust several picture frames in the house. I called and spoke again with Ken, telling him that his crew had missed several things and asked for a refund of $25.00. He told me that I was only entitled to a $10 refund, based on what I told him his crew missed. I asked him to have his wife, Julie, call me, which she did not do. When I called Julie the next day to discuss her husband's attitude and the failure of the crew to complete the job I had hired them to do, she was very rude and kept focusing on the fact that I'd called about the crew being late. I did ask her if her husband had discussed this with her but it was not the purpose of my call. I never could tell her the purpose of my call because I couldn't finish one sentence. She kept interrupting me constantly! I told her that as a business owner myself if something was wrong with my business practices I would want to know and have the opportunity to correct the situation. She continued to be rude and extremely sarcastic. I called the main office and filed a complaint with them, asking that I NOT be contacted by Julie or Ken. Withing 5 minutes of my call to the home office I received a voice mail from Julie that was sooooooooo unprofessional I couldn't believe it! She was very sarcastic in her comments to me. This couple obviously has no idea how to deal with unhappy customers nor do they seem to care whether they keep customers. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in all my life. I will never do business with the Cleaning Authority again, and I urge you to avoid them as well!

Everything went fabulous. They were well priced, professional and on time. Their tile work is unmatched in my opinion.

The Cleaning Authority is authoritarian and unresponsive to customer needs. In addition, they are shorthanded and have untrained employees utilizing dangerous household chemicals despite claiming they are a "green" company. The initial consultation was very friendly and they make a good sell. The original visit was for cleaning the garage and removing rust stains on the driveway. An untrained employee named Michael used household bleach instead of rust remover and permanently bleached a portion of our driveway, leaving white spots and blotches. The same employee Michael, in a subsequent visit, while cleaning the kitchen used some chemical cleaner that removed the rustic bronze finish off the faucet. Also, when the cleaning crew works, they are unable to do simple tasks effectively like mopping a kitchen floor. While mopping the kitchen floor, my wife noticed that hair and food crumbs were still visible after they were finished. My wife had the cleaning crew mop the floor a second time before leaving. We repeatedly had to show the cleaning crew how to mop a floor. It was obvious that this crew was not trained properly. That apparently p***** off the owners who did not like the fact that we wanted the floors really clean and that we were showing the employees how to do it right. When I called the owner Julie about it, I left a message and her "bad cop" husband Ken called back and accused me of lying and saying that I damaged my own property. He refused to come to the house and look at the damage that his employees had done. He laughed it off and said that we were too difficult a customer and he preferred to no longer do any business for us. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness to customer satisfaction was appalling. I have never experienced such an arrogant attitude from a service provider in any industry and I have been hiring and firing people for 30 years. USE EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU ARE FORCED TO USE THIS COMPANY OTHERWISE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN DULY WARNED!!

They were a joy to work with. Their creativity was fabulous and well as their ability to listen to me and my ideas. the work was completed in a timely fashion and with great quality craftsmanship. I even went shopping with them to choose a lot of the materials. I would highly recommend them, they even got along with my dog. I adore my new kitchen, it's exactly what I dreamed it would be.
