Description of Work: We hired, and paid, him to cut the lawn at our cottage and do a spring clean-up. We went up about a month later and the grass was about a foot high and there was a big pile of leaves on the side of the cottage. When I called him, he said he had completed the spring clean up and the leaves must have blown back in. When I questioned him about the height of the grass, he said we had told him we only wanted the grass cut once a month. I told him we would never have said to cut the grass only once a month and that a number of people had commented on the fact that the property looked abandoned. He became very angry and said that was what he was told. I said even if he did think I had said that, as a lawn service he should have questioned it because a lawn needs to be cut at least every 7 to 10 days in the spring. We agreed that I should find someone else to perform our lawn service.
