They came out and quoted me a reasonable price. (I checked around) They provided a quality product. (Fiberglass) They arrived early on the day of service and took half the time expected. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and professional.

Excelent from begining to end

The sales person was very good and professional I just wasn't pleased that they didn't disclose that I had to do more than 300 ft of insulation what wasn't stated in the "promotion".

I originally called them to fix one spot in my wall that had no insulation in it. After they came out I found out that they really don't do small jobs but have $750 minimum. Well i still needed this one spot fixed so we went around my house and investigated whether i had any other cold spots in the house. Come to find out i had couple other places that were showing very cold on Steve's infrared device. So i decided to have $750 dollars worth of work done. I had 2 full walls and a closet completed. The team that came out was great to work with and very professional. I understand why small jobs are not practical for them to do. It takes time to mix the chemicals to make the foam and get it to just right consistency to put into the walls. They took their time and were very careful to clean up after themselves. Overal it was great experience and I'm glad i had it done.

*UPDATE* Having had the actual work done I am very pleased with how things went. The workers were professional and left almost no mess. They were respectful of my carpet in the living room and went through the side door as requested. The work took exactly the amount of time that was estimated and although it might be my imagination my upstairs seems to be warmer already. *UPDATE* After posting this review the company got in contact with me right away. Apparently they had a wrong phone number for me and had been trying to follow up. The person I talked to was very nice and she indicated that they could either refund my money or come out and do the work. She also stated that Dearborn is very well inside the service area and she apologized for the confusion. Since the attic still needs insulation I said I would like the work done. She scheduled me right away. I will update again after the work is done. I bought the insulation deal with them but when they came out to my house I was told that I was basically beyond the service area and that they usually wouldn't come out that far without a substantial amount of work to do. I just wanted the sq ft that I bought through the deal but I got the whole sales pitch anyway. I didn't want to be pressured into spending any more money so I never even called back to get the work done that I had paid for. Just lost $100. Live and learn.

I purchased the big deal for $99 for insulation, after estimate and measurements my additional fee was $297 for blown-in insulation. The estimate appointment was very detailed and the rep explained the entire process to me. I felt informed after he left. The day of the appointment went extremely smooth. The representative (I can't remember his name right now) was very professional and courteous. They showed me everything that they did and left my house in excellent condition. The entire installation took about an hour. I would definitely recommend this business.

I purchased through the Big Deal. The company contacted me within 2 days of my purchase and a representative was out within a week after. The work was completed efficiently. The workmen were professional and pleasant. The insulation has made a significant difference in my very old house. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

The man that came was a real gentleman. He was honest and knowledgable. The reason I chose not to use this company, I misunderstood what the Big Deal involved.

Steve came out to give me an estimate. He was on time, very friendly & professional. He even loved my dogs! They scheduled to come back in about a week to perform the job. I am so happy. They even sent me thank you cards after the work had been completed. I hope to have them back when I need more insulation.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal where the coupon was for 300 feet of blown insulation for $99.00. I purchased the coupon but when the salesman came out he informed me that the job would cost an additional $1000.00 to perform. I did not get the work done and had the coupon refunded.

Steve provided accurate estimate, dominic& jeremy installed insulation, very personable & professional(all). Overall an excellent experience.

Everything went great. The crew came ahead of schedule. However, they called first to make sure that it wouldn't be a problem. They were in and out in remarkable time.

Great deal. Inconvenient for scheduling the actual install. They charge extra for a Saturday install. They wanted me to make arrangements for someone to be home so that they could do two jobs in my area on the same day. The times were very inconvenient I had to take 1/2 day off from work to accommodate them because they wanted to do my house after another job in my area. Job was quick and they cleaned up nicely after.

From the initial appointment through the cleanup this company was outstanding. Everything was handled in a professional manner. I initially purchased the attic insulation and was advised that foam insulation could be added to my walls even though I had batted insulation already. The price was very affordable and so I had the walls done as well as the attic. What a difference it has made in my home thus far. My AC doesn't run all day and night like it used to and my electric bill has already dropped by $72 for just the short time period. Wish I would have had this done years ago!!

Bought a "Big deal", and called USA Insulation for an estimate. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
