Description of Work: They were great. They were in and out and I was able to use my coupon. However, an updated coupon came out for less money to buy more of a reduction right after I did it. I guess it was bad timing, but overall I could feel the warmth in my home immediately. Great Work !!!

Description of Work: As written to USA Insulation: USA Insulation 7818 Andersonville Rd Clarkston, MI 48346 Chris Holmes: Referencing my recent order below, couple things: 1. First, Your Erica was very pleasant when speaking with her and organizing my initial home survey 2. Secondly, Your technician (Steve) who arrived on time yesterday was pleasant and informative as well (great guy) 3. But your “deceptive ad” in Angies List leaves me speechless. Nowhere in the ad (even the small print) does it say I am purchasing a $500 coupon for $149 to be used towards....what ends up being several thousand dollars worth of insulation. Your technician agreed whole-heartedly that the ad is very misleading, and shared that he wasn’t even briefed on the marketing campaign. Before purchasing the service I did some minor investigating and found I could purchase the material for around $550 and at that level would receive the normally rented blowing machine for no cost and do it myself....thus approx $500-$600 investment. Being an Angies List Member and seeing your ad...you can see why I took advantage of what I thought was a good deal! But as it turns out, it was deceptive, it wasted your employees time...and more importantly “MY TIME”. I honestly don’t understand why you would authorize such a deceptive ad. 4. In the next day I would appreciate a written apology, a full refund (or I will be putting a stop-payment on my credit card) 5. And yes, I will be copying Angies List so others don’t fall in to the same trap. Very disappointed.... Description of Work: They helped me sound proof a room. The work was average. They did foam the walls agreed upon. However, I am not completely happy with the sound proofing. The people were nice and returned to address some issues.

Description of Work: Insulation in entire attic and all of the walls in the house. They were very professional, on time, friendly, explained everything they were going to do, cleaned up as it is a messy job. We had six men working from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon.
