Always do a great job. They're very nice to deal with and my lawn always looks good. Highly recommend them.

I received a phone call the day before the service as I was promised and they were at the house in the morning applying the treatment to the lawn. A detailed explanation was left at our door along with some recommendations to get our yard into shape quickly.

You sprayed the grass to keep it looking great!

What I like about Top Lawn is that the fertilizer is on the grass, not the sidewalks, streets,, etc. Within days, our lawn was greener and thicker without anything being done from us. We were given a personalized note addressing our lawn's needs as well as suggestions on what we can do to support a healthy lawn. This note, along with the bill, were in a plastic bag on our door handle. We are very happy with Top Lawn for their professionalism, honesty, and friendliness. A representative for the company is always willing to come out to address any problems you are having at no charge to you. Along with their excellent service, they offer plenty of ways to take money off services. If a problem arises, they are quick to resolve it. A mistake was made, on my part, with a $10.00 money off coupon. They honored it anyway...I was impressed! Great company!

Application went good, much rain & snow the following week caused the lawn grow rapidly, earliest I have ever cut the lawn. Top Lawn has been my lawn fertilization company for 10 + years. If there are any areas that need additional treatment, I just call them up and they come out within a few days and take care of it without additional charges. If I am home at the time of application, the techs are always very friendly and professional to talk to and deal with.

Very good. Also got a follow up call on issues that the tech noticed that I may need to adress. No pressure very professional.

Hae improvement notes on reciept and yard is well marked that a treatment has been applied. Nice to have a local company that we can support and recieve great service! They do a fine job. I have used Top Lawn for the last five years. I pay $60 five times a year for the tree seeding and around $23 for my lawn. What stands out about them is they respond to my concerns and they do a good job of continuing to come out and take care of my lawn. I have a concern with an issue with my trees in my back, they are all Evergreen trees and couple of the trees are dropping their needles and they told me that is a natural process and the if the needles come back in the spring like they said, then I would think they are a great company. I have had them check that a couple of times, so they certainly have made an effort to correct that problem. They are reasonably priced. Mark, the owner is very responsive. He is a very contentious service person. They seem to be here on a regular basis and I don’t have a concern about them not coming.

They don t return your calls so I had to call, over and over again. They did show up on time once we scheduled. I m not sure what they did wrong but we have a bad ant invasion now. Their price wasn t that bad but there must be someone cheaper out there.
