They're very professional, they make you make an appointment to come out and look at everything first and go over what you need done. They'll also make suggestions because they know a lot about trees with regards to their type and their soil preference, etc. They give you an estimate in paperwork, they make the appointment for the service done, the people that come out are really good and they come out dressed in their uniform. They are however, a little on the expensive side.

I was impressed by their availability and thorough estimate, and happy that they could provide the information, and a list of other services that may be helpful to us, in writing. They gave me some tips on caring for other trees on the property and offered solutions to prolong the life of my trees, and also pointed out a dead limb on a favorite tree in front that we had not noticed yet. We hope to make a decision on what to do with our trees soon.

They used top quality sod which wowed us! Excellent workmanship, even did extras for us. Very careful workers considering a month earlier we had a new sprinkler system installed. All the workers were friendly and very hard working. Clean up was exceptional. We had obtained several estimates and decided on the middle of the road - Davey. For all they did the pricing was a bargain. A+ rating and would recommend them to anyone who wants new sod installed or a tree trimmed or removed.

They tell me what needs or doesn't need to be done. They are very informative and answer my questions. They keep up on the entire property. They do a very, very good job and they are always up on things. I would highly recommend them. They are experts. They have done pruning and took down a tree and a stump. They did this work very well and at a reasonable price. Their pricing is certainly comparable for the area. The quality is very, very high. Anytime I’ve called there, they have been right on the dime. They don’t charge to come out to see if the plants are doing well.

They were agreeable to the work we asked to be done. They came out and gave us an estimate. When the work was performed damage was done to a chain link fence. They left the tree standing around 20 feet tall when the request was to take it level to the ground. When I called they did not want to take responsibility for the work initially. They did come back and cut the tree to about four feet but they did not fix the fence. They came back again after another call and put a new pole at the top of the fence but did not correctly fix the fence. The chain link is still mangled. They also made big holes in the ground that were not taken care of. We feel they have not made this situation right although they did refund $200.00 from the total payment which was a minor discount based on the total bill.

It turned out very well. They are very responsive. I called because one of my plants has a disease and they were out the next day to see what was wrong with it. I am very happy with them. They are careful with the lawn and didn’t make ruts in the lawn. The price listed is for the tree trimming.

They did a fabulous job. I was gone the day they did it. It was so clean. I hadn‘t even realized that they had been there to cut it.

They are very prompt I have had them for many years. I have been satisfied. The thing that I appreciate is that they are reliable. We set up this program and they do it.

Everthing went wonderfully well. They were great to advise the best service for my needs. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They knew how to treat the trees properly so they remained healthy and the trimming was beautiful when complete. The crew and everyone I dealt with was very nice and the prices they offered were very reasonable for everything I needed to have done. They were timely and provided a very good service.

They were very professional and shaped the trees very nicely. Their crew arrived at the promised time and were easy to work with. They did everything I asked willingly and didn't need much input on how to elevate and shape the trees appropriately. They cleaned up very well and finished earlier than promised. Mark Witucki was the project manager and was very knowledgable and easy to work with. He came out the morning of the job to ensure that everything was fine.

They quality of service has been great and I don't have to worry about cleaning up after they are done. They trim all the branches, haul them away and sweep everything up. They are going to come in spring again for tree trimming.

They certainly know their business. You don't always have to call them, they always know when is the best time to come out and do things. I don't have to worry about them and completely trust them.

They did not call me back!!! I called a second time 7 days later and left a second message and finally got a call back.

Made appointment to have shrubs and bushes trimmed. Work was awful. Many branches looked like they were broken off. No shape to most bushes/shrubs--choppy and looked like a kid had trimmed them. Some bushes were trimmed so severely, they looked bare and ugly. Left lots of leaves and branches, around bushes--a mess. They came out when I called and the rep agreed the job was done poorly. He seemed very surprised by poor quality and pointed out things they should or should not have done. They were supposed to come out, within a few days, to redo. They arrived two weeks later, after several phone calls. The job was nicely done, as it should have been the first time. When trimming done first time, left a bill stating cost was $455. When I received formal statement, it stated $520. (not $455.) plus $65. for time they came back! It took several calls to get hold of Jim, the manager. He agreed to take off $100. only. He said it cost him money to send people back out! He had no reply for why I was charged $520. When bill left at the date of service stated only $455. I said if the job would have been done right the first time, another crew would not have to come back. It was not my fault the job was done poorly. I received another bill for $420 (the $100. off) and still indicated I had to pay the $65. I wrote letters, which the main company said they do not read, documenting the above. No one seemed to care. I ended up paying the higher amount and the $65, so my credit would not be ruined. I will never use this company again. How they could charge me higher than what my original bill stated and how they could charge me to come out to fix up their mess, is beyond me. Their lack of concern was appalling.

I have a contract with them. I noticed that the shrubs were turning yellow so I called and they sent someone out which took some time. Once he looked at it they said that it was not covered under the contract and that I would have to pay an additional $75.00. My complaint is that since I pay for the feeding I thought that would include an nutrients necessary. The annual charge is $130 so that is a significant cost.

I would recommend them. I was happy with the work.

I think they are a reliable company, I believe they've been around for a long time. I asked them to be careful because we have a wet spot in our yard and they were careful about dropping the branches. I feel they are a professional company.

In both cases they did very satisfactory work and their prices were reasonable. I had a quote of $70 to spray two trees but while he was there he offered to do others (4 or 5 extra) for no additional charge. They had good equipment, were courteous and wore uniforms.

THEY COME OUT MONTHLY TO SPRAY FOR BUGS AND FERTILIZE OUR LAWN. THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE AND DO A GREAT JOB. WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE LAST COMPANY THAT WE USED. THEN THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THEIR MISTAKES.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EVER USED THEM, AND THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY RELIABLE AND FRIENDLY.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS WORTH THE MONEY. THEY HANDLED A DIFFICULT SITUATION WITH CARE. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEANED UP ALL THE SMALL BRANCHES FROM THE TREE. THEY WERE A FRIENDLY GROUP OF GUYS THAT WERE A PLEASURE TO TALK TO.

THIS COMPANY DID A FINE JOB OF TRIMMING MY TREES AND BUSHES. THEY LOOKED OKAY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY MAINTAIN THE LAWN VERY WELL. THE CHARGES ARE BASED ON EACH VISIT AND THEY COME ABOUT SIX TO EIGHT TIMES A YEAR.
