 + -1 moreOwner arrived for quote same day i called, workmen were on time, very pleasant, very efficient. Cleaned up after them selves and left my crawl entry better than they found it. Very competitive pricing (WAY below company who does a lot of TV advertising). I will be calling them for all furnace and A/C service I need from now on.

Description of Work: We used pence mechaniacal several times for "emerency" furnice and water heater repair. They are very responsive/fast, knoweladgable and trustworthy. Time before last we replaced water heater. Now we are getting ready to update heating system through out the house with high end air filtration system ( daughter has astma) and air humidifier. They will complete duct cleaning too.
