First date promised was cancelled due to rain pushing other jobs back, which is understandable and noted in the contract that this was a possibility. We received advance notice and another date to expect them to begin. In anticipation of the second day I took a vacation day to be home when they arrived. After waiting 45 minutes for them to arrive I called to get a status. I was told that they couldn't make it out until the following Monday. Weather report for Monday is rain. We were never notified of the change until I called. I cancelled the work and will look for another paint company with better communication.

Very professional when they gave the estimate. I just happened to find a better deal. They were very close to the estimate but slower lower.

They were very prompt and professional when they arrived to quote the job. We had four companies total bid for the project. Paintcrew.com was not the lowest bid, but we felt comfortable with the way they presented themselves and the quote. They do not subcontract their work, and are licensed and insured. They arrived on time for the work and finished sooner than expected. They took great care in protecting and working around the sensitive equipment in our datacenter. They left the unused paint on site and where able to provide us with the paint brand and codes used so that we would be able to do any necessary touch up.

The owner at Paint Crew.com is a really nice guy. I'm looking at getting them back to do some more work. His crew are really nice and they work with you. They are accommodating and give good suggestions with the paint choices. The price was very reasonable. He is a very honest man. My husband has a disability and the owner and his son moved some cabinets for us in our basement. We had a storage unit in the driveway with our belongings in it from the garage, which we wanted painted too. The garage needed some other work done on it first, so Paint Crew didn't get that job. They still helped us to move everything back in to the garage, and moved the bits in the basement. They really went the extra mile.
