I was very pleased with the service and professionalism from AFS. The freezer section of my 18-year old SubZero had stopped cooling properly and the technician diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the freezer controller on visit #1. All worked fine and then a few days later, the refrigerator section stopped working. AFS quickly scheduled a return visit and it turned out that the controller for the refrigerator section also needed replacing. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the controller and the SubZero has operated fine ever since. I would highly recommend AFS - they were very helpful/informative when I first contacted their office to schedule a visit, were very responsive when I needed a return visit, their tech was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and I thought their pricing was reasonable. On both visits, AFS pre-triaged possible solutions to my problems and sent the tech with all possible parts that might be needed, which allowed the repairs to be done same-day during both visits.

Prompt and professional service from the time I called to set the appointment throughout my completed service call. Very good experience just a little pricey for the service call. However, they work on all different kinds of manufacturers products.

I bought the gasket from their showroom with the intention of replacing it myself, but after looking at it and talking to a tech there, I decided to let a pro do it. It's a good thing I did because the previous owner had installed an aftermarket door switch that would have damaged it almost immediately. Bob installed the strike plate to address that issue, and while checking the door closing saw that the closer hinge on the freezer door was damaged and he replace that too. Not cheap, but quality service never is. I'd certainly never have been able to get all that done in an hour.

I had two loads of wet laundry when my dryer broke. I called Authorized Factory service and the customer service told me that a technician could come in the next two hours. I would have accepted the appointment but I had other commitments that afternoon. I called again and the customer service said that someone could come the following afternoon. I accepted the first available appointment. Bob, the technician called to let me know that he would be at my place in 45 minutes that afternoon. When he came, he removed his shoes and walked with his socks from the front entrance to the laundry room. He was very professional and knowledgable. He knew right away what he needed to do. He adjusted to the small working space. He accommodated my request to clean and vacuum any surface that was covered with lint - top to bottom, inside, out. I gained some peace of mind that my dryer would continue to function for a long time. I highly recommend Authorized Factory Repair to my friends and I would call them again for my appliance repair.

It seemed like a high price, but they were professional. They were good, speedy, and did what they said they were going to do.

Its been three weeks and although the fix would only take about 45 minutes and a $20 part, it is still there. Their excuse is that they don't have enough service technicians...they are all out working on peoples appliances. When I dropped it off, they said 5 days...if they had let me know ahead of time I would have gone somewhere else. Now I'm just getting a run around including that they had to add freon which I had done just prior to dropping it off. I'm out of patience...stay tuned!

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE PUMP THE PUT ON. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY DID THE WORK DILIGENTLY. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID.
