A1 Bathtub Refinishing

Tim Johnson from A1 Bathtub Reglazing came to our home to reglaze one of our bathtubs. He changed the color from Mustard Yellow to White. When the glaze dried, there were many noticeable drips and imperfections. You can still see the Mustard Yellow color through some of the White. He said that his work was guaranteed for ten years. We contacted Tim repeatedly to come and fix the issue. He did not return our numerous calls. Finally, I had my mother in law call Tim from her cell phone (a number he would not recognize). She left him a message that said "This is Debbie. I'd like to talk to you about a job). He called her back within one hour. She explained why she was calling and he agreed to come back to our house to fix the tub on Tuesday, June 23rd at 9 a.m. He did not show up for this appointment. We've tried contacting him again and we've still gotten no response. Not only does the tub look horrible now, but he did not tape off or cover up the other areas of the bathroom. We now have white overspray on our toilet, two towel bars and the walls, which will now have to be repainted.
