+ -1 moreHe got the main problem solved on Friday night and got the water turned back on. He then came back on Saturday morning to finish the job. For an emergency after hours call, the service was cheerful and the price was reasonable.
Description of Work: We had a burst faucet in a rental apartment so we had an upset tenant, water spreading onto new carpet, and we had to turn off the water to the entire building so two additional apartments were affected. Plus, my husband was out of town! I called K Triple A on a Friday evening and interrupted his dinner with his wife. He was about 30 miles away, but he came out to fix our problem.

+ -1 moreHe was unreliable. We set up an appointment for a specific time, but he never showed up. I'm sure he has done a great job for other people, but he never showed up for us. We just think that he should have communicated with us that he was not able to come out and do that work.
Description of Work: They did not end up doing.

+ -1 moreIf I have been using the same service for 20 years, that's says it all.
Description of Work: I have been using K Triple A Plumbing for almost 20 years now. Always prompt, professional service at a reasonable rate. He works very quickly so I miss minimal time from work. I call him first for everything! I have recommended him to several friends. My favorite story is when my hot water heater broke down - I had a new one installed and the old one hauled away without missing work - and if I remember correctly, was only a couple hundred dollars (I was expecting a thousand).
