Look no further Shelby construction, who started doing a project for my house Roof windows and gutters cared enough before the project started to ensure me that the size mess of the four layer tear off along with cedar shake, which would than end up my roof needing a full new roof decking. This type of tear off would leave a portion of the roof ending up on the interior side of the attic over the old insulation. Needless to say with a phone call & clear, and honest explanation. My attic now is above and beyond the state code for good our value which is brought to my tension for heating and cooling. The very next day I felt the difference. I’m glad I did it. "The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"Had roof repaired years ago first leak ruined upstairs ceiling . Next leak did the same never got any help. They did work incorrectly never installing vents properly have tried to work with them but never got it fixed to this day. Very disappointed with response I am getting and so far no help and the work they did will void warranty on shingles if vent system is not fixed. I could use any help or advice on how to get this resolved so we can have confidence that our roof warranty is still good. This has been going on for 2 years. Please help."

Our services are customized to the individual project, paying close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. We look forward to building long-term relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction! We however, do not specialize in auto glass.
"Put my job off over and over and over. Lots of excuses (not the right tools, don't have lumber, doing another big job, etc.). I paid for materials up front but order wasn't complete and no proof offered of what and when things were ordered. No follow up, no communication. After 5 months the 5 hours of work that was done left my windows casings exposed all summer long. They said their hands were tied because of parts not coming in but I still have two doors in the garage that never got installed. After six months I gave up. No offer to make things right, just a statement that there are no refunds (which was not on invoice but in the email that had the invoice attached. Bad experience."
