Description of Work: They didn't provide a quote after coming over to my house and 3 follow up phone calls. Said it was a problem with his email system. Also could not find a license in the Michigan system for the contractor.

Description of Work: Recently, it came to our attention that an elderly relative, who lives 4 hours away from us, needed an entry door installed in his garage. This is the first time we've used Angie's List, and I couldn't be more pleased. John was professional and courteous. He gave us a quote over the phone, and worked us into his busy schedule. Dealing with a contractor via telephone and email, could have been disastrous, but the opposite is true in this case. We would highly recommend this contractor!

Description of Work: called for service,had a water leak from bad part on my ice maker water line. john came over after hr,s to review problem. water shut off and he ordered part and installed next day. was on time,great service,corrected the problem. i will hire him again....
