Terrible. I guess a $1000.00 job was not important enough. Initial communication the first week was good; but I was totally ignored after the 'Sales Executive' came out to size the work effort.

These guys are tremondous. Great work - professional from management to staff. Always wants feedback and checks up routinely. I highly recommend anyone that wants professional landscaping to use Twin Oaks.

I have had a few providers for my lawn and trees over the past years. Twin Oaks has been by far the most professional and reliable service I have had. They came out with both a sales rep and arborist. They completely went over the quote and detailed what would be included and what I can expect. The first work was to clear out and trim the years of over growth. It was done quickly and efficiently. These guys are the best I have seen in Ann Arbor. I look forward to many years of service.

Extremely efficient and timely crew. Also verry courteous and respectful of our property. Twin Oaks showed up and finished on schedule. I will be using them again for several more phases of landscaping over the next several years! I highly recommend them for any all landscaping needs!

Estimator was casual, but nice. This was the first estimate I received for desired landscaping. At the time, I did not know if this was a good or not so good quotation. After receiving another quotation from a competitor, Twin Oaks was about $4,000+ higher than the competitor I chose. Discrepancies were additional zones for the sprinkler system, 10 times the top soil to be used (my figures estimated this would raise my yard by about a foot) and somewhat higher sod estimate. I went with the competitor due to the price difference plus a neighbor had used this company with great results. I DID write an e-mail to Twin Oaks regarding the number discrepancies, but received no return message or call. This is what I call poor customer service.

I called this company back in February I believe and scheduled an appointment. The day before my appointment, I called back and I cancelled because other issues came up that we had to deal with. I told them I would call back when I was ready. I called back in early May and the lady said someone will call me back in 24 hours. Took them 4 days to call me back. When they showed up for the estimate they just talked alot and then asked for my budget. They came back in the afternoon to take measurements and siad would email me a price. NEVER received a price!!! Its not their business to know what my budget is. i called for an estimate and told them exactly what i wanted. they are suppose to give me an estimate,NOT ask for my budget!!! i know what i can afford and its none of their business. i find that to be very rude!!! i know companies are willing to work with you, but all i wanted was an estimate. if i liked you and wanted to work with you, we could always talk about adjusting the price after i see the price. NOT impressed at all with this company. won't use them!!

It went great. They used a computer program so we have a disc with the design on it that we got. They were very professional.

I called them for an estimate for a new install of a lawn sprinkler system. They were recommended to us by another contractor (cement) so I thought I'd give them a chance to be our "third bid". From the other bids I knew the number of stations that were required. The sales rep was very condescending on the phone and said they were very expensive and if I wasn't ready to spend $3,000, then they weren't the company for me. One of our other bids was well over that amount. How did he know what I was willing to spend? I guess it wasn't worth the dirve for him. Business must be good! We won't be calling them back!

It went very well. Whenever I've had issues, they've been on top of it immediately. We've been using them all of this year. I would highly recommend them. They are full service so we don't have to hire a bunch of different companies to maintain our lawn.

The major part of the project went well, a big boulder retaining wall. A few problems little problems here and there, that they were responsive to correcting. A little trash cleanup was necessary on my part. The job started prompted, and they worked and finished on time. They were a little out of their element with the part of the job doing some regrading around my barn due to the steepness of the hill I was trying to correct. The bobcat they had wasn't quite up to the task and subsequently, it's better, but not great and I need to have more work done there to finish up up, so that was a little disappointing.

The work was done professionally, and to a very high standard. Pricing was competitive. All crews were extremely courteous and professional. The owner was personally involved throughout, and all of his folks were regular employees. I would highly recommend their services.
