Tribble Painting Company

The first time, we ended up choosing a cheaper company because quality was not a concern. Quality most certainly IS a concern with our new home, and we will be using Tribble once we are ready to paint later in 2015. Each time we have interacted with anyone at the company, perfect professionalism and excellent knowledge were what we have encountered. Their services come so highly recommended by others, and our interactions have been so wonderful, the choice is easy, really. But we did learn that you have to get in their schedule early - they are so good, they book up!

I contacted them for an estimate for some skimcoating of our SMALL hallway, skimcoat little section of the kitchen, several repairs and installing some new drywall in the kitchen. Estimator showed up on time and gave me a quote the next day. I liked the estimator, but not so much the price. After he emailed the price, I said it was way too HIGH for our project. He wanted to know if he had missed something as I got quotes for HALF the price. I told him again what was to be done and nothing was said differently or changed with anyone else who bid it. They are way too HIGH for the same job others wanted to do it for. After much researching, I could get all the materials for the job at home depot for $500 and u know contractors wherever they get their materials usually get a better deal then going to home depot. So, for $4,000 for this job just doesn't make any sense!

Excellent - high quality, on time, very professional and friendly

We contacted Tribble in early September to do a job on the exterior of our home. They were punctual and professional in getting someone out to the house to do the estimate. We thought the estimate was fair and accepted the job. We put down a deposit in late September. After putting down the deposit, we never heard from them again. I called to schedule the job and Jeanette told me she would call me back the next week. Jeanette, although very nice on the phone, made that promise to call me back 4 additional times and never followed through on her word. I called to schedule several more times and each time I was told she would call next week, or was looking into potential days. Our job was on the exterior of the house, so i was worried about the weather as November was approaching, but was assured that it would not be a problem. When i did talk to Jeanette she got the potential dates we had talked about for scheduling the job confused, and had written down the wrong times. We finally scheduled a tentative day in November and I called 2 days in advance to confirm (again Jeanette had said she would call me, but didn't), she did not know the date that we had talked about and was confused about the job (interior vs exterior). I asked her to confirm that they would be able to do the job, even if it was snowing out (which the weather forecast said it was going to), she said yes absolutely and that i would not have to be home for the entire job. I took a day off work and the painter, Corey, came by to do the work. Corey said that he had been told that the job was inside, and that it would be very hard to do outside in the weather. There was special paint he could buy, but not in all the right colors needed. He also wasn't sure how the snow falling on the wet paint would impact the quality of the job. So all in all said that they could not do the job full that day, and likely not this year. We are understandably frustrated and are asking for our deposit back. Jeanette was apologetic, and said she would process it right away. I think the company is going through a transition, since based on the previous ratings their customer service was noted to be excellent.

He was very prompt and on time. They were very professional and informative. We are anxiously awaiting his estimate.

Tribble was great to work with from the estimating process through the completion of the project. They aren't the cheapest option, but you definitely get what you pay for. Everyone was very personable, and the painting crew had great attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves really well. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and have already recommended them to other people.

Cory was the project manager and did an excellent job, we were out of town while the job was being completed and they kept us informed the entire time. This was not an easy job and they did excellent work. Short and sweet, they aren't the cheapest but do good work and you will be happy.

Their price was significantly higher than the other painters we had out here. My wife dealt with them, but she liked them very much. We had no issues with this company and they got the quote back to us within a day or so.

Job was well done. We were happy with the results.

The entire experience was excellent and very professional. The estimator Aaron arrived on time, was very polite and professional and easy to work with. I had several companies to come out and bid on the project. but the professionalism of Tribble really impressed me and Aaron was willing to negotiate the price. The team came on time every day they were here. The project manage Aaron was great to work with, very laid back, professional and respectful. Both painters were great to work with too, very quiet (no loud radios blaring), clean and were very kind to our little girl. The quality of their work was excellent. Overall it was a great experience from beginning to end and we will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks guys!!

It went just fine. They came on time, did the work and cleaned up.

In our experience, Tribble painters are excellent at working quietly, cleaning up and not leaving traces behind each day. They are polite and a pleasure to deal with. They are a bit more expensive, but worth it.

I called Tribble on a Thursday in hopes of getting our basement stairwell painted, ASAP, and before new carpet was to be installed. I lucked out and they were able to send someone the very next day. Ardie arrived, bright and early, and even helped me decide on a color. The project took about 6 hours. We were unsure if it was going to need one coat, or two. We went with just one so I have a whole extra gallon of paint for future touch ups, etc. He patched some holes and the stairwell looks, great! He was polite, professional, everything was left clean and in order.

very good overall job, drywall repair excellent. Professional, offered suggestions, prompt, good clean up.One suggestion that would put their service over the top - Tribble should incorporate a 6 month return visit to repair minor paint cracks / peels do to settling / temperature change in the next season

The job went smoothly. They arrived on time every day. They were up front with any delays (due to the wallpaper removal, which was tough). They worked efficiently and were very flexible ( I had multiple projects going on at once). They did an excellent job and cleaned up well. I will use them again in the future.

Tribble fit us into their schedule and came quickly. The painter was very nice, and very professional. He did a beautiful job.

We give Tribble Painting Company our highest recommendation! They exceeded every expectation. Our initial positive contact was with Aaron Babycz the salesman/estimator. He had great ideas about color combinations and established a feeling of trust. Then it got better, Aaron Turek and his crew, Seth, Nick, Ricky, Brad, Aaron N., Steve, Cory and Kim, were everything you would want in a team that paints your home. They were professional, courteous and did excellent, through, detailed work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. Tribble and Aaron Turek are our choice for future painting!

Absolutely the BEST service, ever. I cannot say enough good things! Fast, neat, super high quality. They even figured out how to work our crazy skylights and taught us how to work them. My only regret is that I didn't have them do the laundry room while they were here. Price was a little higher than other estimates (though not a ton higher), and they were worth every penny.

Did the absolute minimum to cover our furniture, speakers, lights. Got paint on our speakers, on several light features and didn't take some dents out of one of our walls. If i wanted this level of quality, I would have done it myself. Asked was anything wrong. I said yes. They fixed about half. For the price, there should have been no significant paint on my speakers and lights. Would never use again. They then asked if I would be a referral for them in a mailing.

They came on time, listened to what I had to say, did the repairs completely to my satisfaction, cleaned up, and left. I am completely satisfied.

Todd Tribble inspected our house and provided us with an estimate. He was good at asking the questions we may not have known to ask. He gave good advice without pushing to have extra work done. He was great to work with and answered all our questions. Todd told us about when to expect the job to be started, how it would happen and how long it would take. He was right on the money on all counts. The painters were great to work with and left things clean at the end of the day. Great guys to get to know and very professional. House looks fantastic now (brand new again!) and we would not hesitate to recommend Tribble to others. We would use them again.
