Great work and customer service

Omega had to rebuild my entire chimney. It was a surprise, and we weren't thrilled with the news, but are happy to have had it completed. Completely trust Al & his crews. Fantastic work.

Al & his crew were professional, prompt, and excellent! Cleaned up after themselves as well. I hope I don't need another roof on this house, but I won't hesitate to call Omega if I do. Feels great to know that we're snug and dry.

November 2019. This was for an area including stone wall and chimney that needed tuckpointing . A sandstone slab was installed over an angled area on the side of the chimney because the chimney and fireplace had wetness issue, and the bare angled surface might have contributed to that. The slab does look nice. The stone was cleaned and together with new mortar from the tuckpointing looks better. A crown was installed at the top of the chimney to try to drain water better from there, since it may not have been running off well. We are hoping for the best for the spring rains! Fireplace dry so far and the exterior looks good.

Good communication throughout project - Keeps in touch with through the stages of the project. Installers were very professional and courteous! Highly recommended.

AL POISSON AND HIS CREW ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH! My basement foundation needed to be repaired and Al was the only representative of the 3 companies I contacted that described the repair AS IT SHOULD BE DONE. The others were more interested in selling their "system". The Omega crew treated my home as if it was theirs, were all courteous and most pleasant and happy. They were efficient and helpful, even carrying in my groceries from across the street when they noticed what I was doing. They paid attention, not only to me but to their work and take pride in it. They were particular about leaving the site clean and in excellent repair. Even the adjacent neighbor said they were "great" and thanked me for choosing this company. They will be the first company I research should I need other services they provide.

We had a great experience with Omega Construction. Al and his team installed two skylights in our closet. They did a thorough job from purchasing skylights to finishing drywall and painting to match our ceiling. The crew were always on time. They kept us updated on the progress/scheduling and cleaned up after they finished the work. We highly recommend their work and service. Will definitely use them again for other projects.
