Description of Work: I had had a slow leak under my bathroom sink that I didn't discover for a while. I called several Angie's list plumbers who couldn't get there on the Friday morning I called or had a message machine. Olde Towne made the appt. for first thing Monday am. They were prompt, efficient and the leak is fixed.

Description of Work: They inspected the main sewer line on a house I am planning to buy. They were clear in explaining the conditions of the line as the camera passed through. We will be calling them for more work in the future. People in the business say Dan is one of the best in the Ann Arbor area.

Description of Work: We had several items done, including shut-off valve upgrades, disposal installation and gas line run for a BBQ. But the MAJOR work was the removal and replacement of the sewage well ejector pump. We purchased a 40 year old house and the lid of the well was severely corroded and recommended for replacement in our inspections. Getting the old well out proved much more difficult than Olde Towne Plumbing has estimated and it cost us at least an extra half day's labor of two men. Olde Time Plumbing was clear from the beginning that it would be "time and materials" but the work cost us more than we were expecting or estimated. | |We found the OTP team very professional, pleasant and responsible.

Description of Work: I called for an emergency plumbing repair and they were at my house in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. They finished the job quickly and with excellent quality, discussing all my options with me before they completed the repair. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Very professional in quality of work done, and competency of advice (exploring options, suggesting alternatives, etc.). He really is a partner in getting the job done right.

 + -1 moreTHIS IS A VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD COMPANY. THEY HAD SOME OBSTACLES, BUT ONCE THEY WERE OUT OF THE WAY THEY CAME RIGHT BACK TO WORK. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
