We have been lucky enough to have Lennie as a "regular" provider of gutter cleaning services for about 10 years now. He has been reliable, keeps improving the process he uses to get our gutters clean (we have a large 2 story house with 4" commercial grade downspouts which are fairly easy to clean out due to their size.) He brings his own ladders, buckets, etc., and gets all the massive numbers of Maple leaves and seeds off our roof and out of the gutters and downspouts every fall. Sometimes, if the seeds have been thick, our gutters need to be cleaned out in spring as well. We have found that he is "booked pretty solid" so it is a good idea to contact him in advance to be sure that you get on his schedule.

Mr. Bass was wonderful! I have already added him to my iPhone contact list. He was totally professional and did a great job (just before the rain and freezing weather hit!). I employed a franchise a few times and they charged twice as much for 1/2 the work (and they totally bailed on me last fall.) Looking forward to doing business with Mr. Bass this coming fall

The work was performed the same day that we called. He happened to be in the area so he came right over. He inspected all the gutters and found a couple of incorrectly installed screws. He replaced the screws for no extra charge.

Leonard Bass, the owner was extremely responsive and professional. He came out to provide a quote the same day as my call and returned as soon as the snow melted and it was safe to climb on the roof. He was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, and his work was excellent. What a pleasure! I'll hire him again!

Lenny has done work for me for about 10 years, and does an excellent job with anything I ask of him. He cleans my gutters twice a year, using a hose to make sure they're really clean and also that the water is flowing properly through the downspouts and underground lines. He also checks the gutters and tightens any loose bolts, and checks my outflows and dry well for blockages and takes care of any problems. He has also done yard work for me for about the past 5 years. He does excellent work there, also, with pruning, edging, weeding, hauling, transplanting, etc. He's a great self starter and I don't need to give him a lot of instruction or keep a close eye on what he's doing. And I'm pretty particular about how things get done, so that says a lot about Lenny. Lastly, he's an extremely nice and pleasant person. And his pricing is reasonable.
