The workers were professional, hard working team. The entire job was done in under 5 hours. They cleaned up everything including my neighbor's driveway and ours with a nail sensing tool. Even my neighbor complimented us on the roof and how clean their driveway was!!

I called them several times. They barely answer phone calls. When finally got someone on the phone, I was disappointed by his attitude and the pricing.

Overall, I would give them a triple A.

A BAD JOB..Did not do a good job I had to call for service the same month it was completed, Shingles were not laying flat but were buckling at the edges. One of their service men had to come out and actually heat the shingles to have them lay flat. The Flat part of the roof has gaps in between the wood and roof, the shingles never did lay flat this whole part of the roof needs to be tore off and redone. I have made numerous calls to Mr. Roof of Ann Arbor and they have not returned my calls to repaired the problem. They also came out and caulked around the gaps in the flat roof which looks terrible. Just a total BAD JOB. Mr. Roof of Ann Arbor and they have avoided all my calls and have not made any attempts to resolve this problem and continues to pass the buck.

first they were very fast. 1 day for a large house. They were clean - I did not find any old shingles or debris in the yard. The supervisor managed his team well and there was a quality check after the work was done.

We had massive hail damage last July,and we went with Mr. Roof on their profile on Angie's list, our neighbor's good experience, and the fact that they responded to us so promptly. Our contact person was Jarrett O'Brien, and everything he promised was done, when he said it would be done.Obviously, we had different crews for different jobs,but all were professional. Our questions were answered politely. The cleanup was done well. The work came in on time and on budget.We are pleased! And it looks beautiful!

They did the job in one day. I left for work. When I came home from work they were gone, roof was done and the area was cleaned up. The roof is good.

I wasn't able to be home during the work but I had someone checking on them and everything went well.

It was time for a new roof. The roof was old and worn. I would not recommend them. For one thing they came on my property and put their dump truck in my driveway when they came to do the roof. They caved my driveway in. They did not tell me and I had to find it myself. I contacted the company and they told me my driveway was not up to standards. I told them my driveway was not caved in before they came. It was not a new driveway, but it was not broken up like it is now. That kind of made me angry that they would take that kind of defense. It seemed like they thought it was not their problem. I think they need to make sure that they check the foundations before they start like they claim they do. The guy was really nice the first encounter we had with them. He was nice when he took our order. I have a warranty on my roof so if anything ever happens they need to check it out and fix it.

Entire process went very smoothly, from the sales meetings to the installation. Our sales Rep, Mike D., made two visits to our home, allowing us plenty of time to discuss the products and make decisions. He explained the product features, along with the pros and cons of each. At no time did we feel pressured to "sign" or to favor higher priced options. After our independent investigation, we did decide to go with a higher-priced roofing option, as we had had some issues with our older roof (less than 15 years), and wanted to eliminate any possibilities for future disappointments. The roofing crew arrived when promised, and were all very friendly. The crew chief, Ephram, introduced himself to me, and stressed that at any time, if I should have any questions, or concerns, to let him know at once. The crew was very careful with our property, covering all the flower beds with tarps to catch any debris. They carefully moved items on our patio out of harm's way, and cleaned up very well after the roof was completed. At the end of the day, Ephram took my wife and I for a walkaround to ensure that we were satisfied and that there were no final questions. The work crew was polite, courteous, and very hard-working. It was amazing to see them accomplish all of that in a single day! I chose Mr Roof for a variety of reasons: the product, their one-day installation guarantee, their more 50 years in business, and the people that I came in contact with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Salesman was punctual. The presentation of our available options for the roof was very incomplete. There were no samples provided to examine. There was only a 4' 4' 4 Mr. Roof shingle and a sample that represented all other available shingles. It was a very high pressure sales presentation. There was no breakdown of the individual costs of shingles, ice shield, and labor for comparison purposes. The crew who did the work arrived on time, was very efficient and did a good clean up job. One only problem we had was that a nail punctured an electrical line running through the covered porch shorting out a porch light. The fix on this will be $600.00 to run a new line. The second is the quality of the shingle, Mr. Roof warranties them for a mere ten years. I as on the roof and cracked two shingles just walking on them.What we got was GAF's lowest priced HD shingle. Too thin to last 10 years..........We feel Duped. We feel stupid about this whole transaction and hiring Mr. Roof. (Mr. Roof the large roofing chain contractor)

This comes from a natural skeptic. Mr. Roof completely re-decked, insulated, roofed a 43 square roof with their Thunderguard roofing system in a very high quality manner. The team did a great job at putting in all new flashing around the house. Worked with me on installation of additional vents and helped me correct where our kitchen fan wasn't venting correctly. Proposed a solution to a problem area near the chimney where water collected and implemented a nice modification to better direct water. Showed up at 7:30 and completely cleaned and gone by 3:15pm. Tarped all sides of the house, covering everything (grill, air conditioner, etc.) plywood by big windows, used magnets and walked over property several times to pick up metal and other debris. Were they absolutely perfect - who is? Hire them again - absolutely. Sergie and Yakov brought a great team and they are true professionals.

Mr Roof was about $1000 cheaper than the other quotes I received for the same roof. The salesperson I dealt with was friendly and personable. They were able to fit me in their schedule within a week of my signing the contract. The crew came out and tore off the old roof, had roof installed, and was cleaned up in under 8 hours! They workers were very nice and conscientious and they cleaned up great after they left. I had a great experience and highly recommend.

I received 3 estimates (Mr. Roof, Renaissance Roof, and Hanson's) and Mr. Roof was the cheapest. The materials were on par with Renaissance, but Mr. Roof's warranty was a little less than Renaissance but the price was about $1,000 less. I signed my contract Thursday, I got a call to schedule my job Friday, and the roofers showed up Monday morning at 7:50 am, and left before 2. I have a small ranch house (1,300 sq ft) plus a garage (less than 500). They brought a large crew of men and were able to finish it in under a day. I have only had my new roof for a few days, so I cannot attest to how their work fares over time, but as of right now I am satisfied. -The crew did an amazing job cleaning up! I have not picked up a nail in my car tire yet and on Monday evening, my property was so clean you would have never guessed it was a construction zone a few hours earlier! I came home for lunch and noticed one of their crew going through my neighbor's yards (on both sides, our lots are close together) with their big magnet to ensure my neighbor's property was in good shape. I have a detached garage and when I came home for lunch I noticed the inside of the garage had shingle granules and nails. I pointed this out to the foreman and he immediately got one of his crewmembers over to sweep out my garage. This was understandable, I left for work earlier that morning with the garage closed so there was no way for them to clean it without me being home. They did such a good job cleaning my garage it was in better shape after the job than the day before (there was some leftover dead leaves in the garage from last fall!). If you have a detached garage I suggest leaving it open or planning on stopping by to ensure it gets cleaned up. -The quality looks good, I climbed up on my roof Monday evening to inspect their job. The flashing around the chimneys looks like they spent a lot of time on it, instead of doing a half-baked job. -My communication with my salesman was excellent. I found a small mistake they made (they forgot to install a vent above my bathroom) and my salesman addressed it the same day (they credited my account).

They completed the job in one day. Everything went well. Their cleanup was thorough! I had several companies come out for an estimate and Mr. Roof gave me a price and told me to think about it. I was able to choose what was best for me. I was satisfied with the job and so far everything is holding up.

George Hourdakis came out to my home 20 minutes early for a scheduled appointment for an estimate. He was parked a little ways from my home and I could just see him sitting in the car watching, which made me feel uncomfortable. When he did come up to the house the gentlemen was discussing all of but what we had called him out for. I advised him he had been here all of 20 minutes and still hadn't’t addressed what he was called out for. He told me he would give me an estimate once we discussed financing which I found alarming. He wrote the estimate information on a piece of scrap paper which was very unprofessional.

While they were working they were able to redue my roof within one day. They sealed everything that had an open edge with an adhesive caulk. I didn't have to ask them for this, this was just how their business was ran to make sure that the edge of the shingles do not become loose. After the job was done, Mr. Roof told me to call them if I had any issues, questions or concerns. 2 weeks later, he called and asked the same questions. It has been 4 years and they even called me back last week to ask if everything was still good, if there were any issues, and also if I had any questions or corners.

Nice young man. They did a great job. There was a leak by front window and everything is fine now.
