Mr. Roof did an outstanding job! The entire crew was efficient, quick and quiet - no loud music blaring like other roofers that have been in our neighborhood. We love our roof and are happy we chose them!

They cleaned up our yard and when they left there was no sign they were even there, except for a great looking roof. Thank you!

The initial meeting, with Matthew, was very pleasant. Not high pressure or dismissive (which we experienced with 2 other companies). We felt confident in the product and in Matthew, so we agreed to hire them. It was not the least expensive roof, by any means. But the warranty and the quality of the product sold us. The whole experience was great! Our roof has been on for 5 years now and still looking like it did the day it was put up. We have been so happy with our Mr. Roof roof, we contacted Matthew to get our 2 car garage roof done as well. We would highly recommend Mr. Roof for the product, installation, and warranty. Workers showed up in the a.m. and we're finished late afternoon. They were careful not to trample my flowers. They cleaned up all the mess, including nails.

Mr. Roof replaced our roof in just half a day. The crew was efficient and knowledgeable with their work. The protection they gave our house and flower beds while removing the old roof was really impressive. The only way you could tell they had been there was the new roof of course and their "Mr. Roof" sign in the yard! Great job by this company, we are very pleased.

We had our roof done by Mr. Roof in 2026. Their prices were slightly higher than other quotes, but when we factored in the better shingle quality and lifetime warranty, we came out ahead. They completed the job in one day, protected our plants and shrubs, and left the worksite spotless. Highly recommended!!

We had our roof replaced but decided to forgo the roof at this time because we couldn't afford it. We dealt with George. He was knowledgable and straight forward. The crew showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. We had to pay a little extra because of some rotten wood under our shingles. My wife and I are very pleased.

After a string of stressful and annoying encounters with roofing companies whose solutions gave me things like solar roof vents that didn’t work or almost left me with shingles on a flat roof, I discovered Mr. Roof. The initial visit was quick and straight to the point. Mr. Roof even employs a phone service to check whether or not your initial evaluation was successful. I was fortunate enough to get the right person for the job. Jeremy Shaffley, the lead service technician, may appear young, but he has a long history in the industry. He installed a ridge vent along the seam of my new flat and existing pitched roof when other companies said either it couldn’t be done or told me I had to replace my pitched roof to install one. He directed my budget to the most essential framing issues instead of exploiting the opportunity to replace insulation that didn’t need it. He often reached out to me during the job to give me an update, and he answered his phone every time I needed a question answered. Roofing jobs with heavy equipment begin and end quickly. Jeremy encouraged me to take the day off to be available to make key decisions as the situation unfolded. I know I could have spent more money and ended up with less security using some of the other companies I often see people recommend. I honestly hope for their sake, they get the same level of service I received from Mr. Roof. I just got tired of getting almost the right company.

The crew was neat, clean and tidy. They did a great job very honest people. very professional. Had roof installed in a very quickly matter. Got me scheduled in a very timely matter. We also went with the rubber roof cost was a little more but its guaranteed for life of the structure and transferable if we were to ever sell our home. I will recommend this company 100%

I am very disappointed with this business. As a business professional, I would be extremely concerned with the future of my business if this is how I treated customers. I had a serious leak in my roof that needed immediate attention. With the first phone call I was told to expect a call backn in 72 hours. It was 2 weeks later when I called back to see what had happened. I was told on the phone they would take care of setting up an appointment by end of business day and call me back. That call never happened. I received a phone call the next day from a service man stating "he had not gotten his schedule yet but he should be able to get it done on Friday". This conversation took place Wednesday of that week. I requested a confirmation appointment and he stated "I will call Friday Morning". So it's Friday.....and guess what....NO CALL. I called the company today 12-2-16 and told them I will not be using them for the job and frankly people should think twice before trying to schedule an appointment with this company. Best of luck to my fellow home owners with a roof leak.
