Description of Work: Locate and verify, stake property line. Two corners were staked and the property line on east side was staked. We noted that two of the corners had not been staked and they sent someone to complete the task. We assumed in error that there would be something ( anything) in writing describing wee located and verified. The only written document was the $900.00 invoice. We have other property surveyed up north recently and another several years ago, both these surveys came with a written report. We assumed a written report was automatic

+ -1 moreContacted them for a bid to do a border survey of our property (2.75 arces). They were not able to match the low bid but did provide a previous survey (from 1976) that none of the other companies offered. They sent the previous survey to me in email and it was helpful in the bidding process. I was pleased both that they had the resources to find this previous survey, but also the willingness to provide it to me. While I did not select them as my surveyor, I would recommend that you contact them to bid on your surveying job.
