MICHIGAN TILE INSTALLATION

I have been looking for someone to retire a shower. This company never returned my call.

My husband made me look this guy up just to write a positive review. We were looking at pictures of our construction and he remarked how great it was to work with MTI. We had a LOT of nightmare contractors. MTI was the one bright ray in a stormy sea. HIGHLY recommend.

I initially contacted the company on 06/02/14. I left a voicemail requesting a time we could schedule to receive an estimate on repairing/ replacing ceremic tiles in my kitchen. My phone call was returned on 06/03/14 and I spoke with "BJ." We scheduled an appointment for 06/04/14. I was told someone would be at my home between 9:30am-10:00am. After taking the morning off from work to meet with them, they failed to show and there was no call. I checked messages on both phones numbers that had been provided as contacts. There were no messages left about the appointment time or cancellations on their end. I waited for them to arrive for an additional 20 minutes, but they still failed to show. I attempted to reach them to follow up as to why they failed to show and I have still been unsuccessful in reaching them. I understand things happen and sometimes people forget appointment times, but a courtesy call to say we are running late or we won't be able to make it today, but can we reschedule for another time, would have been appreciated and the professional thing to do. Follow up(06-05-14) Although the company failed to show at the scheduled time, it appears they did come at some point during the day. There was a business card left on my door when I returned home later that evening.

Everything went as detailed in Adam's estimate. Absolutely no complaints, so he will return to tile master bathroom floor.

This company was recommended by the company where I bought the tile. I will use them again in the future.

AT FIRST I DID NOT LIKE THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE LATE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE FLOOR. THEY MADE IT LOOK VERY GOOD. THEY SEALED IT A FEW DAYS LATER. THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS IN THE FLOOR THAT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO FIX.
