Requested lawn care. Person sent blew leaves into flower beds and against the house and fence. Did not pick up any leaves or blow leaves driveway and breezeway. Neither of the two had a grass catcher on lawnmower, nor did they pick up grass. One person sent out told me he only does bulk mowing.

This service was very convenient. I like thw app that I used and the coupon code that I can pass along to my friends. I have sent the code to my daughter and she has used the service as well. I like the fact that they can estimate your lawn service cost using a Google Earth view of your home. Very nice technical feature. I highly suggest that you use this service.

I asked them to trim bushes and they didn't. Some were too high and I understand that but they didn't do any of them. The manager was supposed to get a referral and a refund and I haven't seen either

Almost impossible to reach a customer service representative after initial sales contact. Very frustrating service process.

They call and scheduled my cut within48 hours. Plus their price was less than other offers I had to do the same service. Also, they are cutting on the schedule I selected. I too like their app. It gives me control of requesting an earlier cut or skipping a week if I prefer. The auto pay is perfect for my busy schedule. Therefore, I don't have to be home to pay anyone.

Lawn Guru made it extremely easy to take care of such a daunting task. I love the convenience of their app that I can simply hit a button to request lawn service is absolutely amazing!

Two guys with a raggedy lawnmower and from the looks of my lawn blades it never been sharpened did a horrible job my lawn looks like two little kids are out playing in it with a lawnmower
