+ -1 moreDid not contract with this company. Doug was very personable but the quote was delivered after the promised date, contained a number of simple errors that made me question attention to detail, and the price was 20% higher than others.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. Since I was out of town for most of the process, Doug instilled in me a trust that was not misplaced. He felt that my house was his house. I respected that. After arriving in town and seeing the final product, all I can say is that he is the master of the Ann Arbor area.
Description of Work: Doug took over in my absence. He worked in coordination with my sister, who lives in town. He removed carpets, cleaned, sanded, then stained the floors. At every step in the process, he and I were in e-mail/text contact. Many many photos arrived in my inbox that showed the progress. He also painted the inside of the house. His work, while pricey, shows high professional quality. One should not skimp on the details.

+ -1 moreHe did a wonderful job overall and the paint held up really well. They showed up when they said they would and I had no problems with them. They were kind, courteous and informative. They told me exactly what they were going to do and they did it. There were no hidden fees and he did what he said he would do. He is really customer friendly and his prices were reasonable.
Description of Work: I hired him to paint the inside and outside of my house.
