Didn't agree on the price, the estimate was too high.
Description of Work: He came in and gave an estimate on repairing the plaster pillowing effect that all the walls and ceiling in the house had.

As he said "all walls and ceilings" needed to be leveled and made flat. I take great pride in doing high quality work with great care take to protect floors. I do not claim to be cheap. I wish him luck finding some one who can do this job for less and leave his newly finished hardwood floors undamaged
