JL Warner Mobile / Manufactured Home Service

based on my experience with this contractor... I would not recommend his service... I hired him to do a skylight and water heater roof jack repair last year( around July ) he came out and performed the repairs on the skylight and was charged 400$. JL used a sealant on the water heater roof jack thinking that would solve the problem. When JL did the repair on the skylight he used wrong color shingles for the repair. Roof jack for the water heater continues to leak...i had called JL multiple times to try and set up a appointment, but he never returned my calls. Come November the skylight began to leak. I went up on the roof and attempted to seal the leak myself with some roof tar... my repair attempt did not hold. Called JL... Skylight repair was under warranty...Came out appx 3 days after I called. JL left a note saying that it was bad that i had used roofing tar for the repair... So i admit my attempt at fixing the sky-light my have not been successful. All in all i had a not so good experience with this company... your results my vary

I called to have service rendered based on recommendation. Service was promised on several dates which I took off time from work so service could be rendered, while I was at home and provider never showed up. When provider finally showed up he didn't have necessary equipment to provide service. Provider wanted me to leave my home unlocked with check on table to return and provide service while I wasn't home. Then had the audacity to charge me for something he didn't provide. I had someone at my residence waiting for provider to show up at designated time and he never showed up. The provider was angry, beligerent, arrogant and rude when questioned about the help he had sent and why his help didn't have the appropriate equipment. To think JL Warner will charge for not doing a job is ridiculous! Not only that but his employee's are not equipped to handle the simplest of tasks. I ended up calling another professional that provided service at a slightly lesser cost the next day. Service was restored by the second provider and serviced others based on my recommendation. The second provider Kieth with always get my business from now on. I would not recommend JL Warner to anyone!
