The owner tried to use high pressure scare tactics to scare me to increasing the scope of the work by more than 50% of the contract price. He tried using deceptive measurements when describing a problem.

[Member Name Removed], we recommended to replace your roof plywood due to original plywood 3/8" thickness and it's below minimum code requirement, we couldn't identify thickness before work started as your roof had 2 roofing layers. You chose not to replace and it was your choice. We explained all reasons of replacing and not replacing roof deck.

The person doing the quote came at the appointed time. My house is a bi-level, so the roof is 1.5 stories up. He only looked at it from the sidewalk and at first said, "You could use a new roof, but it probably has some life left in it." Then as I was walking around the house with him, he found a piece of shingle on the ground and changed his tune, saying that this indicated that I definitely needed a new roof. He never went on the roof to look at it, saying it wasn't necessary. He measured the size by rolling a measuring device along the sidewalk. He reviewed available shingles with me, and gave me quotes for the cheaper 30-year Tamko ($3850 for the house, $1750 for the garage), a mid-priced Owens Corning-Oakridge 50-year, and lifetime warranty GAF Timberline, at $4550 for the house and $1890 for the garage. He also suggested what color would go well with my house. He was pleasant to deal with, and gave me the impression that his company would do well on the roof. He was the first company I received a quote from. The second was Neighborhood Roofing, and the third was Renaissance Roofing. I ended up choosing Neighborhood Roofing because they did the most thorough investigation of the condition of the roof and what needed to be done, and they displayed the most knowledge about their product. I ended up using the color that was suggested by the representative from Imperial Roofing. No one else discussed color as in-depth as this person did, though he convinced me of the best color so I didn't really ask about it from anyone else.
Description of Work: Quoted for a roofing job. I did not use this company, so this review is only from the quoting process.

Hello, First I want to thank you for taking your time to write your review about our company. Your request was full roof estimate and my first thought was that your roof didn't look so bad, but then I noticed shingles missing and I agreed that full roof needed. I'll explain quickly why we are not climbing on most of the roofs for full roof estimate. When we climb on your roof while doing estimate - there's a potential that roof could be damaged just by walking on it. Different scenarios could be given. We don't want to be blamed if your old roof would leak right after we left, that happen before and we will not make that mistake again. I confirmed my field measurements while being on site, because before we come over to give you an estimate all roofs measured by satellite measurements company which is 99.9% accuracy. I'm not surprised that you hired Neighborhood Roofing cause it came down to a price and they were cheaper then us. I'm glad that you like the color choice I suggested because in all cases your house curb appeal is the main aspect of your new roof. Our crews do and go far beyond on roof installation details and how it's done while roof replacement process undergo, so I'm confident our crews do excel in roof installations so are our past customers agree on it as well. I'm sure we would of done the same on your home. Thanks again for taking your time, we will implement some of the points you showed us so we'll make sure to provide the most accurate estimates in the future and explain them. Thank you, Imperial Roofing Family.

Martin Eddy met with me on 9/23/14, for an hour and a half, to discuss what I needed quotes for. Martin was very pleasant, but seemed more interested in who I knew than in the services I needed his company to quote. Martin indicated that he would have a quote to me by Thursday, 9/25/14. As I promised, on 9/24/14, I e-mailed to Martin the measurements of my shutters that need replacement as well as the architect's drawings for my flat roof conversion (drawings are required by Bloomfield Village in order to obtain approval for the work by Bloomfield Village). To date, I have not received any contact nor any quote(s). I phoned Imperial Roofing about 3 weeks after my meeting with Martin to inquire about the promised quotes and to confirm that they had received my e-mail and its attachments. A receptionist for the company indicated that they had received my e-mail with the attachments and she apologized that I hadn't received a response from them. She indicated that they would respond to me within 2 days with their quotes. I have still not received any follow up nor any quotes. It seems bizarre to me that a salesman for Imperial Roofing would spend 90 minutes with me and then put no effort into providing the requested quotes for service. While it irks me when contractors decide not to provide quotes for small jobs, this is not a small job. My understanding is that the services I need could cost upwards of $28,000. From my conversation with the receptionist, she indicated that they were very busy and that they were catching up with projects delayed by the many unusual storms this summer. I certainly understand that but I expect follow up and communication instead of them ignoring me. If Imperial Roofing is too busy to take on new work, then please indicate as much to prospective customers before any meetings with an owner take place.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for an estimate of work to be done on my Bloomfield Village colonial. I received an e-mail reminder of my appointment (very helpful!) and was met by Martin Eddy as promised, on 9/23/14. The service requested is as follows: 1) inspect main roof to determine whether to tear off and lay new tile (I previously learned that prior roofer 'racked' the tiles along the seams, probably leading to increased risk of leaking, and permit was not pulled from Bloomfield Township at time of previous installation); 2) install new gutter surrounding garage and porch roof and replace rotted fascia in this area; 3) inspect attic for need for new insulation and provide quote for proper insulation to be blown in; 3) inspect attic for proper circulation, venting; 4) review architectural drawing for flat roof conversion to pitched roof and provide quote for flat roof conversion; 5) provide quote for replacement of 13 pairs of my home's original wooden shutters (custom sizing); 6) provide quote for restoration of 2 pairs of oversized wooden shutters at front of house; 6) provide quote for restoration of wooden panels and ornamental trim surrounding front door.

[member name removed], thank you for lengthy review. We are greatly appreciated. I have no excuse for this matter. I believe there was clearly miscommunication on our end and I apologize for that again. I don't know why Marty didn't get back to you on estimate submitting. We all humans and we all make mistakes but we never deny any of the work. Good luck to you on your project.

A shout out to Rita in the office who stayed after hours on a Friday to meet with my husband and me so we could choose what color shingle we wanted. We chose Williamsburg Slate and are very pleased with how well it looks with the dark red bricks on the house.
Description of Work: Needed to replace the entire roof. Imperial roofers did a great job. Eric was in charge on the job site and I will say, this team of roofers never stopped. We removed the solar panels on the roof and installed the ridge cap shingles. It gives the roof line a much cleaner look. It took a day in and a half to complete the job. I would highly recommend Imperial Roofing. Marty was a good salesman and Mikhail stopped by on the second day to check the work. Job well done.

Our home is only 8 years old. We had a roof leak that caused water to leak on an exterior wall and into the interior. We had the wall opened up, took all the insulation out and dried it out. We called out 3 roofing companies to give us a quote to fix the roof leak. We originally contracted with Canton Construction to fix the leak. They attempted to fix it twice but it still leaked and they would not come back and fix it. We called Imperial Roofing back. They came out, fixed the leak, photographed everything and matched the shingles seamlessly. Mikhail Lozovyy, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair is on the front of the house and the flashing is visible. It looks beautiful. The day after they fixed it, it rained all day and all night, the wall is totally dry. The price was reasonable, service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this company and if the need arises, we will definitely use them again.

Company did a good job. Estimate was prompt and unlike other estimators Mikhail had all his paperwork up front and responded promptly to questions. Lots of follow up also. The crew seemed to take pride in doing a good job and got most of the job done in one day. I am not a roofing expert but from what I saw they paid attention to detail and took initiative on fixing problems that they found. Cleanup was good, just a few scraps found off and on. Estimate was slightly lower than the competition, they did exactly what we wanted and then some, I would recommend this contractor. Negative is very minor - no cap flashing on sides of chimney.

First, the sales rep had done his homework before coming over. He knew the square-footage of my roof from a satellite picture, and had the estimate prepared. He also provided copies of his builder's license, proof of insurance, and a list of around 30 references with addresses and phone numbers of previous jobs done in the area. Also, the sales rep did not pressure me. He just provided two different options on the estimate, depending upon the shingle warranty. Nor did he bad-mouth the competition, like one of the other companies did which I called. I obtained estimates from 3 different companies, and Imperial Building was not the most expensive nor the least expensive. I called 3 references, and they all gave good reviews. On the scheduled day, a crew of six men showed up at the exact time they had scheduled, at 7 AM. They completed the entire job in one day, as promised. They covered the bushes and flowers with drop-cloths, and protected the windows with plywood. When the work was completed, they cleaned up very thoroughly. One detail I did not like, was that they used a counter-flashing on the chimney which was not as wide as the previous flashing, and that left an exposed cut line in the brick from the previous flashing. When I contacted them about this, they said they typically use the smaller flashing because most homeowners prefer the look of the smaller flashing. They offered to come back and re-do the flashing to my satisfaction. They returned the next work day, and re-did the flashing so that it covered the original cut line. This looked much better to me.

The company did not complete the work. They damaged our property in the process. They would not return our calls for an extended period. When we finally made contact, they offered a gutter heating system to compensate for their mistakes and never installed this. In the process, they damaged our landscaping, lights, and other property. During the siding repair, they damaged adjacent boards beyond repair. The caulking that they did was horrible, simply not well done. Our house now looks like a patchwork quilt. We have damaged, unpainted siding, and messy caulk. We are now in the position to pay another contractor to fix the work that they have done. I have paid half, although I have never received an invoice to prove this. UPDATE 11-2014: We had a leak in our recently replaced roof (2013) that caused damage inside the house. Imperial sent out a worker to look at the roof, and determined they needed to strip and replace a section of the roofing. After months and repeated calls and promises, we have yet to have the repairs done (warranty) and are now going into winter once again. Michail has lot's of excuses (weather, busy on other jobs, etc.), but few answers. I can't say it strongly enough, STAY AWAY from this company. Since they changed management (we agreed to the contract with the previous owner right before he "semi-retired") the service and support from this company has gone down the drain. The measure of a trade is if they make a mistake or something isn't they FIX IT! Imperial comes up well short in this regard.

Dear [removed member name], Thank you for writing your review, whether good or bad - we appreciate it. I'll start from the beginning: Roof was replaced on December 20, 2012 and everything looked good and that time. You called back next week and we answered phone immediately, you asked about cathedral ceiling roof over the garage that has some ice built up, it was not our mistake that you have ice built up but it's the design of that roof area on your house, we generously mentioned that we will put heat tape over that area on both sides, since it was impossible to do at that time we said that it'll be done when weather get warmer. Since winter is 6 months away there is no point to do it in the heat of summer but it'll be done before weather start to get cold so next winter you will not have ice built up. As far as property damage? you knew that our trailer company will stand behind and fix your sprinkle system if it was broken - we asked you to call us in the spring (there were our crew at that time), since spring you never called and asked to fix your sprinkles, as a matter of facts I was in your sub-division and your sprinkles worked just fine. As far as siding: we didn't want to do siding repair at that time cause it was very cold at the end of December and first week of January - but you insisted that we take care it immediately. We finished the work that was needed to be done - because of cold weather we couldn't perform efficiently and it was mutual agreement. Additional siding repairs needed to be done and existing repairs needed to be corrected, but because of cold weather, work was not efficient and we decided to wait until warm weather. For the siding repair work ($2,872.00) we did, you agreed that you would hold back $800.00 and pay us remainder, but you only paid $1,500.00 and there were some minor corrections to be done but it didn't worth $1,342.00 of the repair cost. Because of the attitude, we felt that we will not get paid for the original work that we already finished - besides that additional work needed to be done which will involve additional charges, but we still planned to come over and correct everything and finish additional work that will needed to be done. We emailed you an invoice for siding repair with details explanation, for some reason you have not received - that's beyond our control. We re-email you same invoice yesterday. It's not true that you called us many times and we didn't answered the phone. That's why we have full time person here in office from 9-5 Mon-Fri, after hours we also answer if it's before 9:00pm. We always finish what we started - and in your case we did too, we have to correct few things on that siding but we finished what we started. We all humans and we all make mistakes. We will finish all existing corrections and additional repairs if you promise to pay us. We called you in the spring and left you a message on your home voice machine to schedule repairs to be done, whether you retrieved it or it was accidentally deleted it's beyond our control. Per our conversation yesterday we intend to complete corrections and complete an additional work that needs to be done next week.

The work crew arrived exactly as scheduled and quickly put up protection for the shrubbery and grounds, and moved any other plant pots and outdoor furniture that could be damaged. Tarps were placed in the areas where the old shingles were to be dropped as they were removed. The crew then proceeded to put on the various underlayment materials and re-shingle the roof. The crew worked from 6:30am to 9pm and additional hours the following morning to complete the job prior to rain that was threatening. I was in attendance during the entire job and saw continuous evidence of good workmanship and attention to detail during the job. Both days were very warm, but the crew continuously worked very hard to complete the job on time. The owner visited the job site both days to assure that the work was on schedule. The clean-up was very thorough and there was no damage to any property items. I would highly recommend Imperial Roofing and construction for any job. They met their commitments on my job and were professional in every respect.
Description of Work: Imperial tore off the old shingles and re-shingled the roof with GAF product. In addition, some damaged roofing boards and trim boards were replaced. Also the gutter guards were replaced after the new roof was installed.

If you want more than I've so far written, my rate is $0.75/word.
Description of Work: Reviewing a roofing company as soon as the work is completed (unless they totally blow the job) makes no sense as the work is supposed to last decades. But with two winters and one hot summer on this roof, I'm willing to say the work was done on time for the price quoted. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Old shingles were removed and a new vapor barrier and shingles were installed. The home was built soon after the end of WWII so a ridge vent was part of the job as well. We also had gutter guards installed and they have worked well. The roof has held up so far, but given it is supposed to last many years, who can know? If you don't see an update to this review, you'll know the roof is doing fine, but so far, it's doing very well. I obtained quotes from several Angie's List top rated companies, so I assumed I was comparing similar services with a similar level of quality. Imperial was very clear on what they would do, how much it would cost and how long it would take. If I recall correctly, the terms were 1/2 on signing the contract and the rest on completion. I have no reservations recommending Imperial Roofing. Jim Forrester

We were very pleased with the quote and explanation that we received from Imperial Roofing. He was very professional and gave a very good description of what was going to happen and the timeline. I was impressed with the detail regarding protecting the surrounding landscaping and cleaning up afterwards. The price was reasonable and we would've gone with this vendor, but we have decided to hold off on this job as we will be putting our house up for sale soon.

Installation went great - very satisfied with the cleanliness and professionalism. We are upset about the fact that there were sections of the roof that 'bubbled up' within the first 2 months, and we asked Misha to come out and fix it. Misha does all the repairs. He came out and looked at it and never came back. This happened in 2011, and we have called many times, and they haven't fixed the problem. I don't know if this is a serious problem, and am concerned of the long term implications. I am also concerned about areas of the roof I can't reach because it is too high. Are we going to have leaks in 3 years because of this defect? Are there more defects? They ran late and it got dark, and they were rushing to finish the highest point of the roof and trim in the dark. I'm concerned. During the sales process, they also talked about a Manufactures representative coming out to inspect the job, but that never happened. This was a sales job. I didn't want to submit this negative review, but am frustrated and feel that the truth needs to be told. It is December 29, 2012. My recommendation is to inspect their work and don't let them leave if something doesn't look right. Update 2013: We had two layers of shingles on our roof with no 'bubbling'. After the installation is when the bubbling happened. Misha told me that he would fix it, and would fix other issues. Now in Angie's list, I'm hearing a different story. And to clarify, the sales guy (not Misha) did promise the GAF inspection. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THE SALES GUY, AND NOT JUST THERE 1 PAGE FORM. ALSO - I RECOMMEND NOT MAKING FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL AN INDEPENDANT INSPECTION IS DONE!

Customer, First of all Happy New Year to you and your family!!! The roof was installed on 10/31/2011 and you called us in April 2012 which was not 2 months. I came over your house, met with you and looked over your roof's bubbled area which was not a roofing problem but it was and still is a framing existing structure problem, your rafters sits too high and it was constructed that way many years ago. When I talked to you I mentioned that we cannot do anything about that unless we take everything apart and re-build it. It was not our defect - it was and still is an existing structure problem - the framing structure is sound (ie. strong enough and will not cause you any damages) but it's not our defect, you will not have any roofing leaks from it. We do and we will stand behind our workmanship warranty. After I've stopped by and met with you - we've exchanged a few phone calls back and forth and it was not about the roof. As far as an inspection from manufacture - GAF Golden Pledge warranty was not even in your consideration - it would of been a lot higher price, the system warranty you have is GAF System Plus which is not part of GAF inspection plan. Was it sales job? I apologize that you felt that way, this is the first time we've heard from you in the last 6 months, I wish you would call us first before making this review. Should you have any problems with a roof other then existing structural problems - it's our duty to take care that. P.S. I will have one of our crews to come over and check on your roof - if we'll find any of roofing problems ( I mean roofing problems not existing structural problems ) we'll fix it. Thank you, Truly yours, Mikhail.

Great. We liked dealing with Marty & Mikhail. The crew showed up a few minutes early (before 7 AM) and got to work, covering the windows with plywood. Things seemed to progress quite efficiently. Marty came by during the early stages of the replacement and talked to me about the drip edges and some plywood that needed to be repaired, as well as ventilation for our porch. The whole process went smoothly and they were done by 2:30 or so. They cleaned up the yard with the rolling magnets. They let us pay half before and half after we got the remainder of our insurance money. We also liked the fact that their certification as Master Elite installers supplements the lifetime warranty from the manufacturer so whether the shingles or the installation ever fails, we are covered.

Mikhail came first, to inspect the roof for damage. He was very pleasant, efficient and professional. He did not find any hail damage. When I asked for a bid, he contacted the company's bid coordinator and arranged for him to come out later in the afternoon. Martin came to do an estimate. He measured and wrote a detailed quote for the work, explained the materials that would be used, the steps taken to protect my property and clean up and the warranties on labor and materials. He then provided a folder complete with information on and samples of materials that would be used; copies of their various awards, business license, liability insurance and certifications; as well as customer referrals. Again, this was a very enjoyable encounter, with Marty displaying the same pleasantness, as Mikhail. The quote was the lowest of three that I obtained. The Insurance Adjuster found over $16,000 in hail damage! The main reason I did not pick this company was that they required a 50% upfront deposit, which I was neither comfortable with, nor prepared to do. Between that and the failure to recognize hail damage, I feel I made the right decision. The contractor I selected matched Imperial's price. After letting Imperial know the 50% down payment swayed my decision to another contractor, I was told they could have worked with me on the payment - but the contract said 50% was required on contract approval. I believe Imperial would have done a good job, but am also sure I chose the right contractor for me.
Description of Work: Inspected roof for damage from hail storm 3/15/12. Then an Imperial sales person came out for measuring, quote and explanations of what would be done and how, all very specific and self-explanatory. Contract proposal stated that 50% down payment was required on signing.

It is unfortunate that there was a lack of communication between homeowner and our company, regarding the 50% deposit and insurance claim in general. Our company has a certain criteria of rules and we do follow them just like any self respected business, and we will not do anything or everything to win a job. Simply means we are honest, respectful, detailed and organized professionals. Before you called us your Insurance claim on your property already was denied due to no hail damage found by your insurance adjustor - at least that's what we were told and why did the other contractor had to match our price if insurance acknowledged $16,000.00 worth of damages - did another contractor you've chose provided false invoice to collect your $16,000.00? and your insurance provided 60% deposit for work to be completed. So the question is - why is our 50% deposit was not comfortable for you? and I will answer myself: When homeowner makes their decision on a company who bad mouths our company and uses the company rules against us, that simply means this company is not good enough to represent themselves as a professionals. They simply proved that they have nothing to offer better then Imperial, but to bad mouth. Only one question arises, this company that homeowner has chosen, what other things they have lied about or have hidden from the homeowner. As a mature adults I hope we all make our decisions on facts and homework and research. It's clearly stated in your review that this contractor has made a decision for you. As a homeowner I wish you the best of luck and time will show the reputation and quality of this contractor on your house.

We called 4 roofers in all for bids. Martin came out and discussed what they would do very thoroughly, which other vendors did not do. The team that came out worked very diligently for two solid days. They protected my flowerbeds, which I greatly appreciated. The final cleanup was excellent! You couldn't even tell they had been there.
Description of Work: Performed complete tear off of old roof, replaced roof sheets as needed, installed new snow and ice shields, installed new ridge vent system, installed underlayment and premium shingles.

I called in early September for a quote based on the ratings in Angie's List. An appointment was set and Imperial sent one of their people, Martin, out to review my roof. He made a complete review, told me what to expect from my insurance adjuster, and emailed me the quote the next day. In October I called back and discussed some of the specifics of the quote with Mikhail, along with some options for the job. We traded a couple of emails and Mikhail was very helpful. I ultimately decided to use another roofing company highly rated on Angie's List but Imperial Roofing would have also been an excellent choice.
Description of Work: I requested and received a quote from Imperial for a complete roof replacement. I also had interaction via phone and email for clarification of the specifications for the quote and possible changes to the quote.

Imperial did a phenomenal job from our initial inquiry, to showing up on time for the estimate, to showing up on time to do the work, to cleaning up afterwards. The care they took to protect the house and extensive landscaping was exceptional. Truly a professionally run business. The job was completed in one day compared to our neighbors which took 2 1/2 days by a different company. Clean up was immaculate. What a terrific company to work with, doing their job exactly as promised. Very highly recommend Imperial Building..

They ripped off the old roof and put in a ridge vent, new shingles and replaced old boards that needed replaced. It looks great, and we have had some rain since the work was done and the garage is dry. Estimate was right on line with what we got billed. Great company. Would definitely use again.

I'd been having some water issues for some time, and had another company out two years ago to assess and repair things. They fixed part of the initial issue, but one leak persisted and I was unable to get them back out to review things. After trying to repair a few likely culprits to no avail, I agreed that it was time to replace the roof. Mikhail provided a detailed quote very quickly, and worked with me diligently through several questions, etc. Eric and his crew completed the roof in one day and did a great job. They inspected the decking and ended up replacing some 25 bad boards, and sent me photos of the water damage so I could understand the extent of the mold, rot, etc. Aside from one small piece of shingle in the bushes, I couldn't even tell they had been there...except for the great looking new roof I had. It turns out that I had more than one water issue, and even though the attic was bone dry during the next downpour, I still had some water coming in the second story bathroom. I left a message, and Mikhail returned my call right away. He immediately sent Eric out to investigate, and after Eric shimmied all the way across the attic to the area of the leak (very tight quarters and hard to move through the attic), he found the source of that particular leak to be the plumbing vent. He even managed to get a photo of the leaking elbow, where the PVC glue was either missing or degraded. To my delight, Mikhail had Eric replace the bad elbow and PVC right then and there, saving me another search / call for someone to complete the repair. We've been dry ever since. Not even a hint of water. Overall, I found Imperial to be very responsive, professional, fast and good to work with. I especially like that Mikhail doesn't shy away from using email and texting, in addition to phone calls. The kind of responsiveness and service I experienced will make me a permanent customer of Imperial. KUDOS.

My wife and I were very impressed with the Sr. Sales Manager, Martin Eddy. He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job of educating us regarding options and alternatives available for our home. He offered suggestions to improve the overall quality of the job and spent a generous amount of time helping us select a color for the shingles that would be compatible with the overall appearance and coloring of the brick and trim on our house. The installation crew arrived early on a Monday morning as scheduled and spent the better part of the next nine hours replacing the old shingles and vents and installing caps on the gutters. They covered the areas surrounding the house with tarp and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the roof was complete. The overall appearance of the finished roof is very nice. When my wife and I looked over the finished job I noticed that the (gutter) drain pipe from the second floor onto the garage roof had not been fitted with an extension to carry the water into the first story gutter without running across the garage roof (one of Mr. Eddy’s suggestion). I pointed this out to the foreman of the crew who said it was not written into the contract so he didn’t have the materials with him. He assured me it would not be a problem and he would come back later in the week to add the extension. Unfortunately that did not happened. Phone calls to Mr. Eddy have elicited promises to install the extension, “the next time the crew is in your area;” “in the next week or two;” “before Thanksgiving.” Frankly, this is a small item but I am very disappointed. To use a football analogy, they did a great job getting to the goal line and then fumbled the ball. This does not seem to be a priority for them, and as winter sets in I am beginning to doubt that the extension pipe will ever get added. It may be unfair of me, but I would not do business with this company again; if they are unwilling to deal with a small issue, I worry what kind of response we might expect to a major issue.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced old roof on house and garage; secured existing gutters and installed "caps."

They were very professional from the estimate through the final clean-up. They took extra time when needed, responded to issues/questions very promptly. I am a satisfied customer!
Description of Work: They did a complete tear-off of our low-pitch roof, added new loose insulation, new plywood (everything under the old EPDM roofing was rotted), additional ISO board insulation (at our request, they doubled the recommended amount), and applied a TPO roof. They also installed three new skylights. It was a very good experience--I had full confidence in them.

A leaking roof is not good. I found they had good rating here on Angie's list and gave them a call. They said they could be out that day. The estimate was free but prices were $175 plus depending on how long the repair would take. They came on time. They looked at the problem, took pictures and gave me an price. I agreed and they fixed it. They said if I had any problems to give them a call.
Description of Work: Replaced flashing around chimney. Roof was leaking around chimney because of flashing.
