Description of Work: Cleaned carpet runner on stairs and our whole second floor. I may have upgraded the package but I don't remember the details. They did a great job treating the carpet and getting out small stains. I was disappointed that they did not try to get around or underneath ANY furniture, not even light, easy to move pieces. After the cleaners left I could still notice a smell near a crib (from a sick child) and upon calling they just recommended I use the spot cleaner they had left for me instead of offering to come back and get it out, which is why I rated them a B instead of an A!

Description of Work: Owner is great. He answered tons of my questions beforehand, its just unfortunate that the actual cost was much higher than expected. They should really consider using a dedicated person for measuring and estimates, prior to the work being done. We decided on this company based on his helpful information, plus the fact that their cleaners leave no residue. Furthermore, two young men came to clean. They moved very fast and were done quickly. The main guy got the owner to email me details about their cleaners, as we had a 4-month old, I was concerned about her skin on the carpet. The main guy measured, hope he was accurate (as it was a little expensive) bc I couldn't watch as I was nursing. He seemed very forthcoming and hardworking. The second guy, however, just seemed to be working as fast as possible. Since he was doing the sucking/drying, I feel he could have done just a little better trying to get carpeting drier. Second guy continued to talk loudly (over the equipment) about getting drunk and the party he went to the previous weekend. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. Overall quality was great, most of the carpet looked great, including a few spots lifted that have not come back. Only, I did not like the stairs: this is a high traffic area that needed more TLC, especially bc you pay more for this surface, and it was still very matted looking after cleaning. If there had been a better assistant, perhaps my overall opinion would be an A despite the price

Description of Work: The living room off-white carpet had rust stains from the Christmas tree stand. They cleaned it and applied a stain protector. We let it dry with open windows and the overhead fan on. It was dry within several hours. There was no odor left in the room when they finished. We use the stain protector, the Stain Fighter package, as it helps to repel food and drink spills and muddy footprints. It makes clean-up easy. We moved the easy furniture out.
