+ -1 moreI was never sent or called with a quote. After a week I called again and got the warehouse instead of the showroom. The woman I talked to there was helpful and contacted the showroom. She called me back and told me the woman at the showroom was waiting on some information from the manufacturer but hadn't forgotten me. She said this woman would be calling me soon. I never received another call or email from anyone. I can get this counter top elsewhere so they lost a $600 sale.
Description of Work: I contacted Ferguson for a quote on a vanity counter top. They said I would have the quote the following day.
