FARMER'S INSULATION INC

He was very professional, very communicative and clear about what he saw, professional about giving us the assessment and estimate, completed the job thoroughly and timely. He seems very experienced in insulation work -- had lots of knowledge to share about our older attic and its quarks. My only complaint is that he asked for a check the day of service, and I had recently re-ordered and didn't have any on hand. Instead of leaving a bill, he asked that I deliver the cash within two days to his business, which was pretty cumbersome for me that week. I would have preferred the normal route of bill/period of time to pay the bill, so I could get my re-ordered checks and send it through the mail.

I wanted a quote for insulation. I called today 2/13/14 at noon. There maching picked up and said that they were not working because of the weather we have had. It also said they weren't doing estimates until after the weather clears, but feel free to leave a message or email....?????? Also said that they will be backlogged when they get to all the messages... Just because u dont want to work in the winter doesn't mean u still can't do estimates???? I had several companies come out and give me an estimate in the winter for a spring job (including insulation people). I had insulation people work in December and February.. MUST NOT WANT BUSINESS!!!!
