Description of Work: After the renovation of our home in the historic district of the Old West Side, we asked Delux Drapery to help us with roller shades, shutters, and blinds. We were able to make good choices with their expert help. Now that we've bought a condo and are looking for window treatments again, we went back to them again.

If I had to score I would say they're good on that expensive side but I think that they're not out of the ball park because they're expensive in general.

+ -1 moreIt turned out really well. I know there are cheaper alternatives and the cost seemed like a lot of money, but they are very good quality. If there’s any problem, ever, they will come out and fix it. I would say that they are very good quality but you have to be prepared for the price. They were very easy to work with. They had somebody come out and give advice about color. I knew they were expensive. It’s a good value if you’re willing and you got the money for it. I haven’t had any trouble with them. They showed up every time when they said they would for the initial discussion and installation. I haven’t had to call them back for anything. I was really very happy with the work.

+ -1 moreThe blinds arrived in a timely manner. The installer did a good job, except that he didn't notice that one blind had a damaged edge. After I complained to the rep at Delux Drapery providing a photo, the problem blind was promptly, courteously replaced.
Description of Work: We purchased two blackout roller blinds for out kitchen windows and 4 blackout roller blinds for our French doors and windows. ~$345 per blind seems like a lot to me, however the final effect is very nice. They installed them for us.
