I am extremely impressed with every interaction I had with Creative Windows! I had fast and detailed communications with Emily and Stacy, they were very efficient and helpful with my corresponding via email with my request for information on blinds, wood vs. faux wood for example. I stopped in on a Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting the Owner, Carl. He was equally pleasant. Stacy came to my home on short notice, was very professional and took exact measurements of my windows. In less than the amount of time they estimated, the blinds were ready for the installation. I decided to hire them to do this, again on short notice, and I had a very pleasant experience with the Installer, he took the time to visit with me and patiently installed the blinds perfectly and gave me a few tips about them. Hunter Douglas are not the cheapest blinds but I fully believe you get what you pay for and although it's only been a couple weeks I am very pleased with the quality of them. I honestly can't believe the previous reviews on Angie's List is with the same company! I considered doing business with another similar company in the area and did not find their staff to be as personable and sincere. I also considered Lowe's and Home Depot's custom blinds as I definitely comparison shopped and they may have saved me a little with cost but I think the brands at Creative Windows are of higher quality and include a better warranty. They've been in business for over thirty years for a reason!

They installed custom blinds on my tall windows. The installer wasn"t ahle to get them to fit properly.

Will never use them again! Gave up trying to get the blind re-string the correct way without child proof attachments that i specfically indicated I did not want. String were too small in length. The rep i dealt with didnt seem interested in my overall concerns.

We decided not to use them because they seemed to not really want our business. I left multiple messages that were not returned. We had an appointment for the installer to come to take measurements and he didn't show. When I called, they said he must have had the wrong time on his schedule. We have a lot of window coverings to do in our new home, and it's these small things that make you decide this isn't the group we want to work with.

Called with project in mind and made an appt with Emily to come and measure and give a bid. Our appt was at 9:30 and she called at 8:35am to Give update and cancel meeting.

Scheduled an in-home consultation within 1-2 weeks. This service is charged for, unlike some competing blind and window treatment companies. Good suggestions were made at the consultation, and we were fairly pleased with the value obtained for our money for this consultation. This was our second estimate obtained for window treatments, and the estimate we obtained was 15-20% higher than the first estimate, for the same brand-name (Hunter-Douglas) products (even with a widely available discount coupon from Creative Windows, that had no limitations as to amount/particulars of order). while we have chosen to go with the other company for the blinds, we also needed sheers custom-made for several rooms and wanted to go with Creative Windows as the other company was referring us to a third-party seamstress some distance away. However, Creative Windows' response to that news was that we certainly shouldn't expect them to honor the discount coupon since they weren't getting the whole job.

THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. I AM ALSO VERY CONFIDENT IN THEM. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.
