Terribly. I couldn't even get an estimate out of them.

I had used them before. I had bought my kitchen cabinets from them and they had to replace them. I would use him again, but I wouldn't use the brand. The wood was the same texture, but one cabinet is darker than the rest of them.

Materials arrived on time and they worked with our schedule to get things installed. We like the quality of the work and workmanship of the cabinets. Would definitely use them again.

Great timing. I was able to select carpet, schedule or measure, get measured and install ... all within 10 days. The installers were professional and vey efficient. Overall, very happy.

Bob is the go to guy for all my renovations. I like his attitude, laid back, everything will get done. Sam is my flooring expert. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Tony installed the carpets and will do the hardwood floors. Wade is the expert on cabinet instillation. Mark did a great job on the tile floor. My husband is very particular, type A personality, and has been pleased with the work that we have had done thus far. Like any renovation project, it takes time. I'm sure when it is finally finished and all the dust is out of my house andd I can finally hang pictures on the walls it will be worth it. I myself enjoy working with Bob. I can go into the store, pull up a chair and talk about what I'm looking for and how to get it done.

Everyone at the store was very helpful. Candy showed us all types of flooring and answered all of our questions until we settled on the one that we wanted. We made an appointment to have our floor estimated, they use a subcontractor. They were on time and very professional and helpful with answering questions and making sure that we had all the information we needed. They said it would take, if I remember right, 3-5 days to do the job.We were called the next business day with the estimate. It was much more than I expected. We did finally go with another company who gave us the flooring for a much better price and a two day work estimate. I would definitely get other bids before deciding to use this company. But, in their favor, they have a great selection of products and are very knowledgeable.

They were great. The people were super nice and very helpful. They really worked with me on different aspects of the process including pricing of the product. That was really helpful, it made it possible for us to get what we wanted. The installation guys, Tony and Scott, were really super good and they did a super fantastic job. They seemed definitely trustworthy. They were really careful. I would definitely shop there again.

They have a very good selection. It is the only place where one would get the colors that they are looking for. The installation work was perfect. They did what they said they would do.
