vacuum cleaners
+ -1 moreThey did a fine job, their repair was effective, they didn’t take too long and they got it back within the time that they promised, which was like ten days. Their price fairly because I think that was the going price and the last time that I had the vacuum cleaner serviced in Virginia, because it was clogged up, I paid the same thing. I would use them again in the future if needed.
Description of Work: I use Arbor Vacuum for vacuum cleaning repair because of malfunctioning.

+ -1 moreArbor Vacuum inspected our Hoover. They indicated that the belt, brush and filter have to be replaced and that it would cost $160. They recommended that we toss it and instead buy a new vacuum from them and showed several in the $300+ range. When we indicated that we did not want to purchase a new one they were rude and irate. We ended up going to another vacuum repair shop where we were told only the belt needed to be changed and the cost including labor was $6.50. This other shop performed the repairs and the vacuum has been working fine since then.
Description of Work: Our Hoover vacuum cleaner broke down. Arbor Vacuum inspected it and provided a very costly estimate to fix it.
