 + -1 moreThey were intelligent, effective, and helpful. They were willing to come to a resolution. When I go there to repair things, somebody will look at it and explain what went wrong; as well as repair it. They knew their stuff very well. The best part is the genius bar, those are the technicians that help you. They know everything about all the products and how to work with them; with the features. I trust them and their prices are a little high, but they are worth it. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Apple Store Briarwood to teach me how to work with my iPad, 6 months ago.
