The crew showed up on time (actually just a few minutes early), explained how things would work, got to the job and had it done in very short order. The carpets look better than they have in a long time.

The office staff & technicians were very helpful when we had a problem with a carpet that was giving off a chemical smell. They made suggestions, provided the service, & solved the problem. They really know their business! Highly recommend!

Stretched carpet in the from entry of living room into dining room. Thought they should have tacked down pieces where they pieced in. Cleaning looks great. Thought there cleaning price was a little high for a living room dining and hall.

Great job done on both carpet and chairs. Friendly workers. They have also steam cleaned tile floors for us. Best in town.

The men are always on time and always friendly. The work satisfies (even pleases) this fussy housekeeper. After this last time they came, however, my husband dripped some Clorox on the carpet in a very visible place not more than a day after we had had the carpets cleaned. The team returned late in the day I had called and somehow, using some particular chemicals, brought the color back to the ugly pink spots. The usual charge would have been fine for such and amazing service but because I am a regular customer they charged me somewhat less. It feels like belonging to a family to have AA Carpet stop in twice a year. I will never change providers.

We had 3 area rugs cleaned (at their site). One was stained by a broken lava lamp and they warned us before the service that the stain might not come out. It did not. We were disappointed there was no follow up to this, no suggestions of what else might be tried,(even if it was risky to the rug). We would have appreciated even hearing there was nothing anyone could do. The other rugs were cleaned adequately. They did not look fantastic, but they were definitely cleaner. The rugs were not delivered on the promised day. When we called the next day to report this, they said they couldn't find one of the rugs. There was some confusion as to when our rugs were picked up and when they were to be delivered. Eventually, they did find our missing rug, after we talked more. They said it had not been properly tagged so it wasn't clear whose rug it was. We did get the rug the day after these conversations. Delivery people were very professional.

Crew called to see if it would be convenient to come early...yeah! I have a light colored carpet that was showing signs of traffic patterns. It cleaned up great---more successful then other providers.

Both Ty and CJ arrived early (about 15 minutes). They asked if it would ok to start a little early (ok with me!). They were very polite and took a look at what needed to be done before the necessary work was performed. They were attentive to the detail involved and there no stain remained. Even the next day after it had 24 hours to dry there is no stain; you would not know where the problem was. Ty and CJ were very professional. I would definitely use this company again and would ask for both men again.

My puppy, who is a young pug, had an accident in my car, then proceded to step in it and jump all over the seats while i was in the store. I tried to contact Auto detailers for immediate response, because there was no way I could use this car. The detailers were a 2-4 day wait and would be close to $200. My next thought was to have a carpet cleaner do the same operation. I have been working with Vic and Bryan for carpet care on my home and rental units I own for about 30years, to my surprise the dispatcher got Bryan on the phone with me immediately, and Bryan came over about and hour and half later to clean and disinfect my car. The second shock was the cost for this was approximately 25% of what the auto detailers were charging. I was able to get my office carpet cleaned at the same time. As the owner of a construction business for 35 years, I hire alot of subs with none of the m delivering better service than Ann Arbor Carpet Care.

Matt came to our house and gave us an estimate prior to the scheduled cleaning date. On the date of the cleaning, a three-person crew came promptly, were courteous, professional and careful! Our carpeting looks terrific.

Matt and his team were very professional. They showed up 5 minutes early and went straight to work. They did a very nice repair on a few tough areas that needed stretching. They moved all furniture and replaced it. The carpet got very clean after 4 years of abuse. Looks new! They kept me up to date on what was going on and I paid using a credit card with a Intuit mobile payment app. I was very pleased and would use them again.

They are very good people. They come right away. The price is reasonable for what they did. They sure do their job. I have never had a problem with them. I even trusted them with the keys of my house when I was in a motel. I've been using them for a few years. They use environmentally safe products to remove the smell and get the mold out as well.

Overall it was a good experience. While at my house they measured and gave me an estimate for future carpet cleaning. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

The carpet didn't end up as clean as we had hoped it would, but it's been done for a while. The guy who did the actual cleaning was very kind, professional and helpful. I was really pleased with how hard working and open he was. He also mentioned in the phone book there was a discount we could get. The original person I talked to, who I think was the owner or head guy, never mentioned it so I really appreciated it.

It went great! I got an appointment very quickly. The carpets were in terrible shape, and while they weren't able to make them look like new, they definitely looked much better by the end. The price for the cleaning was on a per-room basis, which in our case ended up being a great deal. They spent all the time they needed to do the job well--which given the state of our carpets was probably twice as long as they might have planned. They were also extremely nice. I would highly recommend them.

The service guys called to aske if they could come early...great! They were professional, friendly, and got right to work. They worked no less than a small miracle on the carpets! They took great time and effort to thoroughly scrub carpet that my husband and I thought had no hope. They even brought to our attention an area rug that they had gotten wet; they cleaned it at no charge I would highly recommend them and plan on calling them again in the spring!

They were cheaper and they did a better job than I had expected so I was very happy.
