Ann Arbor Appliance Repair

It was awful. We waited all afternoon at the property. At 3:40, having received no technician call, I began calling to find out the status. 3 attempts had me finding no information, and being transferred to a line that had a recording, promising a return call in 5 mins. at 4:15, a new person finally answered the phone who informed me that the appointment had been cancelled (by them). Thanks for letting us know, after taking off of work to be there all day! The woman who called me told me that my options were to reschedule. I told her no thanks...their service is terrible!! She explained that they scheduled in error, and that in fact, the technician was full, and the scheduler made a mistake. No answer as to why no one called me to tell me they cancelled. Totally lack awareness!!
