The purchase was a great purchase. The quality has been okay but the repair people has been where we have had our problem.

The quality has been okay but, the repair people that come out, that are what we have the problem with. We're kind of stuck with them. They misdiagnosed a problem and we had to call back and re-schedule the time; that was not good. When the service person came back to re-diagnose the issue, we were re-charged another service fee even though the first time they should have gotten it and thankfully it was another person. Their service calls are really expensive. We asked them to look at a panel and they wanted to charge us another $125.00 and he was already there. So, that wasn't a good experience. I would say their prices to replace parts are very expensive. I think the mark them up 100%. We didn't want to empty our hot tub in the middle of winter; we had to wait until the spring. So, we had to put up with this issue all winter because we use our hot tub throughout the year. It took a while for them to get the appointment to come out. This experience was bad, the next one was better. It took a whole month for someone to come out and he said that we didn't need that and he did something else. The next guy came out and said that something else was wrong.

Delivery was promised for 4-5 weeks. Arrived on time. Installers were polite but noticed they dragged mud onto interior rugs. One corner of the table was left loose but after calling back, Allstate sent someone over in a matter of days. Overall, very please with the product, installation, and service.

Used the company to repair our hot tub, which they did and it worked fine. I then ask them to sell me a hot tub cover which came with the velcro straps in the wrong locations so I could not anchor to the hot tub. They would not replace it but rather offered me some free in store chemicals. That was last summer, this summer I try to call them to come out for another unrelated repair and they wont return my calls. Called 3 times and still no one has called back. Very unprofessional.

Allstate home leisure supplied and installed a natural gas log fireplace insert in my existing fireplace. The installers that they used, Rasa Construction were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and neat. They did the install in about four hours, and cleaned up after themselves before they left.
