+ -1 moreThey just finished the 2nd coat and my driveway looks like the day it was installed. Most of my driveway is at least 20+ years old. That said, I have, over the years coated it myself with products I purchased at Home Depot or Lowes. I always buy the most expensive product and I have always been pleased with result but I'm in my mid 70's and it's getting to be too much of a job for me. Procoat is the answer and Jay is the man. You could not ask for a more pleasant experience or a better job.
Description of Work: My asphalt driveway needed sprucing up. 5 years ago I had the driveway "chip" coated. This was somewhat of a disappointment because the "chips" came loose in a number of places. I felt it might have been because I had patched the places where it was coming loose but.....I would not do that again. Instead, I'd call Jay McGee/Procoat and let him fix my driveway.

+ -1 moreWell it went great, did a good job, very friendly, but did the job around 2pm and there was a chance of rain and unfortunately two hours later it rained. And when it rain it was not dry, and the seal ran. So I called them and she said he would call him, and he called within the hour and took a look at it, before I could say anything he said that he redo the job since it rain. But due to the rain the last few days it has been hard to schedule so we don't have this problem again. Today he came out to my house at 10 oclock and redid the drive and did not charge me.

Description of Work: Patched our driveway and sealed the asphalt. They did a good job, but failed to give maintenance instructions immediately following the service. I had to ask. They also had trouble communicating internally and thus performed a couple of the step incorrectly. Mistakes were made that could have been avoided.

+ -1 moreThey came out promptly when I called for an estimate. ?They detailed out the exact nature of the repairs as well as the cost?and we scheduled a time to do the work. ?Even though we had spurts of lousy weather, they were able to get everything done by working diligently and professionally in a relatively narrow weather window.? When they came back to apply the final coat, they noted some areas that weren't to their satisfaction and they took care of them. ?After the job had been completed,?I had a small area that needed a touchup and they promptly took care of that also. ?Again, they went above and beyond. ?A very competent team and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting professional maintenance of their asphalt driveway. Sorry - there is no provision for a rating of A+

Description of Work: ProCoat repaired and sealcoated our driveway. They were very professional and nice to work with. There was a bit of a delay due to availability of asphalt, but overall the experience was good. Price was a bit higher than expected but you get what you pay for. I would recommend ProCoat to others.
