John was wonderful.  He picked up my chairs and spoke to me at length about what I hoped to have done, offering professional advice on finishes that would work for my pieces.  His work is of the highest  quality and my chairs are absolutely beautiful.

The end result in both cases is wonderful. We have had several other furniture refinishers and restorers work on pieces for us and Tim is clearly the best that we've ever found. On the other hand you have to be prepared to wait. He is not punctual with getting work done in the time estimated....
