The chair broke. My mother went back into the store looking from an umbrella and complained about the last time she had purchased something from them and it broke, they told her they could send someone out to look at it. A man who worked for Art Van Furniture came out and took some pictures and said the chair was more than 30% defective and we would get a new chair. Somebody else came out to offer my mother $50 store credit but no new chair. I would not use that location. I know they have other stores and I would use Art Van but I would never use Young Appliance.

I changed my mind several times and we had lots of questions. The never made me feel like I was a bother and answered all our questions quickly.Youngs Appliance Co did ALOT of research for us on everything and were very very helpful. The few minor issues we had after installation were quickly addressed. Even now, two years later, they are standing by their appliances and flooring. Again, the issues are minor and all due to heavy wheelchair use (almost 800 lbs of wear and tear daily on the flooring from my husband and his wheelchair).I will continue to use Young's for everything they can possible provide for me.Catherine
Description of Work: Over a 12 month span we purchased carpet and flooring for our entire house (1800 sq. ft), a front loading washer/dryer with stands, a Sub Zero 36" refrigerator, and a Wolf 36" range. My husband is in a wheelchair, so flooring that would support that kind of where and tear was very important. Appliances that he could easily access/use were also important.
