It went as expected. It was installed with patience and professionalism. Once completed, it functioned as was expected and I was shown how to maintain it and properly use it. The Empire heaters were inspected and made ready for the fall/winter.

The material and workmanship was better than average. Very prompt and thoughtful. Not the cheapest price but the extra quality and getting the job done as quoted made it a bargain. I have had others try to up the price once they start work. these guys saw that the job was going to be more complicated than they originally planned for but did not charge extra.

I am sure that we just slipped through the cracks but we had NO Call Back and NO Show. I would give them another chance because it is Up North and the accessibility could be scarce so I will give the benefit of doubt! The customer service when I called was very friendly. I really can't give a fair rating for overall.

Professional, excellent customer service. Same day service for an emergency. Replaced hot water heater within 24 hours and pulled permit.

the men that installed my dryer are very polite and clean up after themselves extremely well. They are very quick to respond whenever I have a need.

Most companies we called would not even return the calls, others say system too old. This company was excellent in response and work. Happy with the results.

They arrived on time and fixed the problem in a matter of mintues. The guy also took the time to explain what was wrong with our A/C unit and if it happened again what to do.

I called around and got a few estimates. These guys were the lowest priced by far. The plumber came right on time and swapped out our water heater. He was a younger person, but had 12 years experience in that company. He was very thorough and proffesional. The bill came in the mail about a week later. No hidden fees and exactly as quoted. I will call on this company again if any plumbing problems arise.

One of the owners of Lakeshore came by on a Saturday to discuss my concerns and give me some direction on what would need to be upgraded and fixed should I buy the home. There were code violations and general standard items any potential home buyer would look for and Lakeshore was able to give me a decent estimate on costs. I ended up not buying the home due to the sellers responses because Lakeshore outlined all of the details/issues very well.

They did a good job. They showed up on time, and they did what they said they would do.

Lakeshore did a great job...but i would recommend ...that when purchasing gas appliances such as dryers and ranges that you purchase the appliances with orfices with the proper ones that are needed for the proper fuel supply; order from the factor or have the store agree to have them pre-assembled due to the fact it is a very costly to have it change over due to the new tecinical issues that the person has to know and the time it takes to replace the orifices.... it took a lot of time to change orfices...so i recommend when purchasing gas appliances....buy with proper orfices due to each year the orfices change gets more complicated.

We are always very pleased with Lakeshore. We called them out for a furnace estimate. They were cheaper than another estimate by a thousand dollars, and they did not try to pressure us into needlessly replacing our AC unit. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit. They were quick as could be. They didn’t leave a mess in my basement. The follow-up inspection went well. And we’ve been happy with our furnace since. We have them come out to do annual cleaning jobs on our furnace, as well as small plumping jobs. We are always very happy with their work. Nice people, very professional.

They were very professional. They came on-time. They took a quick, half-hour lunch. They had our old furnace removed and the new one in place in less than 4 hours. They showed us how everything worked. They were very nice. They cleaned up their mess. We've had no problems with their work. They were also the cheapest around town.
